This location frequently has bathrooms that are below the mark for a luxury movie theater. Multiple stalls are out of commission (either broken in some way or overflowing), flooding/mysterious liquid on the floors, dirty toilet seats, bad odors, missing purse hooks, and broken toilet paper dispensers. Would really love to see the bathroom in much better shape. I usually go on Tuesdays so considering it’s a weeknight and not too busy, the bathrooms should be clean and mostly operable.
On a better note, the bar staff is always very friendly and provide great service.
Bottomless drinks aren’t actually bottomless… had our call button on the entire movie. Couldn’t get a refill. Servers seemed busy… just understaffed. It would be a better experience if we just got our own sodas, which is fine.
My main spot
Went to an early movie today…Only four people in the theater…Food overpriced, BUT the food server (service) was excellent.
It’s a cute place, nice small theater. But as soon as I walked in the theater it STUUUNK. it smelled wet and sour. Otherwise there was no one at the front to greet guests, but we were tended to when we wanted to order food. I’d come again hoping the place smells better
I saw a mouse in my theater! and according to yelp and their inspection record, I'm not the only one! I cannot recommend anyone go here, let alone eat here, considering the YEARS LONG rodent problem. Also it smells so bad, like mildew. The only upside was the manager on duty was apologetic and gave me a refund for my ticket and drink.
The movie theater was nice, but the services were not good. Costly and poor service.
Great theater. Comfy seats. They’re often out of menu items though.
I used to love this place...but the service isn't what it used to be. The last two times I've gone, I've had to wait >1hr for all of my food drinks to be delivered. The staff is just...lazy. iPIC is a much, much better option.
The food is awesome. Well cooked and seasoned.

Kind of theater you do work events at
So many lantern beetles to squash outside, so endless fun before you even enter the front door
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I got the worst food poisoning from their food. I have been sick for 5+ days and had to go to the hospital over it. So many other people have told me they got food poisoning from their food too or also had experiences with undercooked meat/ improper handling of their food.
I frequent this theatre regularly, or I used to. This is at least the second time I’ve experienced discrimination here. I have sat in the seats, ordered from the server and told them I wanted to pay cash at the end or when we were finished ordering. I was told “show me the cash”, I said I don’t want to pay multiple times, I just want to pay at the end. I was told that they changed the policy, and I said again I don’t want to pay multiple times. I used to enjoy coming here because it’s generally quiet and convenient but I will be taking my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.
I’ve been to Cinépolis quite a few times. Usually it’s a good experience, though it is often understaffed and wait times for food service can take a very long time some days. But otherwise, ok and the food is pretty decent.
I went last Friday evening to see a movie and initially, everything seemed like the usual. Waitress was nice. They pre-authorized my credit card prior to ordering food. That’s fine. Prior to the movie starting, Cinepolis plays an ad that essentially tells you how to order and what to expect and whatnot, including the part where the waitress will bring your receipt 45 minute before the end of the movie to put your tip on and sign, which has always been my experience there as well.
First round of food and drinks came out pretty fast.
I tried to order another drink in the middle of the movie. It took probably 30-45 minutes for anyone to come take my order. Annoying but not the end of the world.
But when the movie ended, no one ever came back to give anyone their bill. I could tell other people in the theater were just as confused. I waited through the credits and still, no one came. As I was leaving (it was close to midnight at this point) I didn’t see any of the staff….at all. So, I left.
But then I get a call from my bank notifying me of a charge from Cinepolis to my pre-authorized card. The charge is higher than I would have expected for our food and drinks. But I would have no way of telling that, because they never brought me my bill. I also have no idea if they added their own tip, and how much it was. And obviously, I didn’t approve and sign anything, they just charged me an amount without my final authorization, which is bothersome. The staff was supposed to come back a full 45 minutes before the end of the movie and they never, ever returned. This should have been counted as a loss for the theater, but instead they just charged me and I have zero clue if the bill was accurate or how much tip was added on.
Further, the bathrooms usually aren’t bad. This time, it seemed none of the auto flush toilets were working, so all were dirty and backed up. I found one on the end that wasn’t dirty, but the seat was broken and I almost fell when I sat down and the whole thing slid.
I hope this isn’t a downward turn in experience at Cinepolis, as I usually go to this theater for movies. But now, I have reason to take pause when deciding if I should go or not.
I opened a dispute with my credit card, so we’ll see what happens there.
This was once a bad review, but I gave them another chance recently and they really turned things around, the food is now consistently good and service is also very responsive.
