The seats and experience was well worth the ticket price

Don’t tell the customers that. Do tell them when you run out of stuff! Don’t bring back something else and say nothing Lol

Seats/cup holders were not cleaned. Random people sitting our seats before the movie started. Food was okay. Overpriced everything. We would come here more often if the service and value were better.

Pay attention to the bathrooms please

I’m giving it a 2 because my chair is comfortable. The service and food quality is atrocious. First, one of our chairs was broken, the footrest stuck in the extended, out position. We pressed the button for service and it took, literally, 24-minutes for someone to come take our order. We ordered cookies, popcorn, and theee drinks. Two drinks and the cookies came pretty promptly. The cookies were ok, but the milk never came. After waiting another 20-minutes for our popcorn (after the cookies had been delivered), I pushed the button for service again. I’ve been timing how long it is taking for them to come this time since I pushed the service button and so far it’s been 16-minutes since pushing the service button. Hopefully we get our popcorn before the end of the movie. And now the cookies are cold and the milk still hasn’t come either. We came with some other family and they had a similar experience (stale chips and 29-minutes until their wine order came).

To be honest, I was afraid of what I might be walking into after reading all of the negative reviews but I was there for the first time today and had a positive experience. Reclining seats were comfy and working, servers were friendly and attentive, food was good and came out quickly. There is a musty smell in the hallway but it wasnt bothersome once I got to my seat. The theater I was in was for the most part clean - did see a crumb on my arm rest but wasnt a huge deal. Overall it was a good experience.

It’s like a pig with lipstick. Don’t be fooled about what you initially see online or the moment you walk in. Almost none of seats that the surrounding guests were in reclined or were malfunctioning, including mine.

The table tops were janky and I had to move three separate time. The screens and speakers are very outdated but the most important thing to note is how incredibly ridiculous the prices are. Both my truffle popcorn and pretzel were just awful.

Save your money and go to AMC at Rio.

The seat adjusters weren't working. Comfy recling chairs are one reason to go to the theater. Also, the level of sound is far too loud -- it's adding to the hearing damage crisis in the US.

Great service

My server, Malik, was very friendly, courteous and engaging. I really enjoyed myself, and will definitely be going again. I recommend the tenders and fries because they were tenderly tasty. The seats were very comfortable. A nice environment for a date night or solo getaway.

Great experience, service and food. The only downside was my seat wasn't working so I wasn't able to recline it during the movie. Other than that I enjoyed my experience.

This location frequently has bathrooms that are below the mark for a luxury movie theater. Multiple stalls are out of commission (either broken in some way or overflowing), flooding/mysterious liquid on the floors, dirty toilet seats, bad odors, missing purse hooks, and broken toilet paper dispensers. Would really love to see the bathroom in much better shape. I usually go on Tuesdays so considering it’s a weeknight and not too busy, the bathrooms should be clean and mostly operable.
On a better note, the bar staff is always very friendly and provide great service.

Bottomless drinks aren’t actually bottomless… had our call button on the entire movie. Couldn’t get a refill. Servers seemed busy… just understaffed. It would be a better experience if we just got our own sodas, which is fine.

My main spot

Went to an early movie today…Only four people in the theater…Food overpriced, BUT the food server (service) was excellent.
