My first time will be the last time here. Theater 2 smelled terrible, and not having the traditional option to order food and drink directly from the cashier booth (which is there but unused) is a terrible idea.

Bad experience. They offer a movie experience where they come to you for orders then bring them, not the case. They take your order for food/drinks prior to movie which is great but it took 50mins to get popcorn delivered- for a 1.5hr kid movie that’s over halfway over by the time you get it. When you press your button for service it takes over 30mins for someone to come. I even left the movie to try and buy refreshments at counter and they said they wouldn’t allow it and had to wait for server. Server was rude and loud coming in and out of theater when food was finally delivered. Will not return.

Came to a 9:45pm showing, employees were still cleaning theater at 9:30. Pressed service button, no one came. I'll just save a good rating for the place I'll eat at after the movie. People are coming in and getting service.

The first time I went to see a movie at the Cinepolis it was an amazing experience but this time the staff was a bit off their game. Took a while to get my order in even though there were only a handful of people. The family of four had to wait for their seats to be cleared. That said, it was a 7 dollar Tuesday and once I got my bottomless popcorn all was right with the world. Please note this theater is in the Kentlands which means free parking. ??

Came here on a date night having drivin 1 hour. The movie had a 3pm start time but I arrived at 3:12 and the movie had already started, I’m not sure if they have previews.We ordered food and drinks and spent $140, the wine I ordered was $17/glass which is a lot bt we wanted to treat ourselves.The sweet/spicy wings were amazing and good quality.I sat on the end because someone was sitting in our seats when we arrived. Dune was a dark movie and it was tough to enjoy in the seat I was in.

I went for the first time to watch the premiere of Dune: part 2 when I ordered food a classic burger and fries with a drink my drink came out fast but my food never came out... 1 hour and 30 minutes into the movie which was honestly bad service for a place that advertises as being a luxury movie experience. I had to cancel my food after waiting so long. The seats were nice and I did enjoy the movie but bad food service overall.

MICE IN THEATER!!!My husband and I attended the 5PM showing of Beekeeper on Friday , February 9th. When we arrived, there were only a handful of other patrons in the auditorium. Approximately 20 minutes into the film, we noticed a MOUSE scurrying across the floor!!We alerted the manager on duty about the rodent issue. Although I’m not sure what she could’ve done about it, she offered to refund our popcorn purchase. I declined, however I would have expected a better response aimed at retaining loyal customers, such as complimentary tickets to our next visit or a larger concession credit. We left immediately . Unfortunately, the subpar handling of this situation and ongoing decline in quality have led us to decide we will no longer patronize this theater going forward.It seems standards have slipped at this theater in recent times. The facility appears worn and in need of maintenance. Additionally, the concessions offered have declined in quality and freshness. The processed, low-quality food items also detracts from this theater experience.I understand all businesses face challenges, but providing a clean, safe environment for customers should be a top priority - especially when it comes to pest control. Moviegoing is meant to be an enjoyable escape, yet seeing a rodent disrupted that experience.

Sound quality is awful. Was shocked at how awful sound system was, was not immersive at all. Seats are comfortable though seem worn. Menus are sticky. Overall, seems dated and there are better theaters in the area.

The experience tonight was not enjoyable because it was freezing in the theater! The service, although better than on Christmas, still had major issues. They say 3rd time's the charm. I will try ONLY once more!

I found this gem on TikTok...advertised as a new, luxurious cinematic experience in Kentlands. On a rainy Saturday night, I wanted to see The Color Purple and decided to check them out. There was ample parking across the street from the theater. It definitely looks nice and modern from the outside all the way through to the seating inside each theater. Upon walking through the entrance, you see the full bar and kitchen--but you have to order at your seat. I caught the last screening at 9:10 and there were only 6 other people in the theater. I couldn't have picked a better place to see this movie! It was perfect! Felt like a private screening. As I mentioned before, there is a full bar and a pretty decent menu. Like at similar theaters, you press a button at your seat, and wait staff comes to assist and take your oder. I had 2 Mai Tais and the lobster tacos with fries. Honestly, I would go back just for the food and drinks lol. My drinks weren't watered down like at other theaters and the tacos were delicious. There isn't a whole lot to say about the theater space itself, other than the place is clean and the seats are comfy. I'm so happy to see more luxury experiences coming to 'upper' Montgomery County, less drive time to reach the same amenities that are usually found in downtown spaces. I will not hesitate to return to Cinepolis! I've told everyone about it so far, and now this lol. Excellent first impression.
