customer service was horrible. i work in customer service and am very understanding with fellow food workers, but the store had just opened and she combatted my positive attitude with eye-rolling and impatience. the store had just opened and her attitude was inappropriate and uncalled for.

The pepperoni pretzel was soft and yummy. My daughter was very happy to get her birthday treat at this place but the best part was the smiling and welcoming staff with an amazing manager who was helping her (my daughter) with an app and tried to get her what she wanted. His friendly manner and willingness to make my kiddo happy was delightful. Thank you for bringing the service to another level. You are the best example to your fellow staff.

The Cinnabons were delicious and the Christmas Eve order was ready for pickup on time. However, appearance was comically haphazard. Not the festive red swirls shown on the holiday menu!
Also I had to park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage just to pick up my order.

Do not go here. Probably the worst I've ever had. The Churros were barely edible, hard, and tasted like nothing. Definitely not enough cinnamon sugar. The bonbites were hard and tasteless as well. And the salted pretzel was edible, but not very good. I'd rather go to Sheetz for a pretzel, but if you really wanted Auntie Anne's Clarksburg outlets is always good. The Churros however weren't even close to being on the same level as Costco's used to be. Really disappointed, definitely not coming back.

Cinnabon!!!! Can't get enough of them. Really delicious and perfectly warm everytime. One thing I don't like about this location is they a technically considered Auntie Anne's, meaning g they will not allow you to earn points on your Cinnabon purchases or use their rewards. After going to this location more than 5 times where I was LIED to EVERY TIME saying I can just use the receipt. It wouldn't work since the first time. Finally someone told me on my trip on July 5th that you cannot get rewards from that location and it's considered auntie Anne's. Thanks for finally telling me. Overall the service is pretty good, the food is yummy and the mocha chillatta is good as well. Thanks and please be more transparent. Put up a sign maybe.

We ask for a 6 cinnamon box nd they have them cold like 5 hours on the front door open.. nd he say the fresh one are more (expensive) is because he charge us one by one when he could pack the 6 in one box and charge less because one by one are more expensive
