Wow, just wow!!! I had an unthinkable request on a Friday afternoon. To have a custom 3 tier cake for 80ppl to be ready by the following Tuesday.
When I called the Gaithersburg location, I spoke to a very friendly girl named Naomi, who asked that I send over an email with creative ideas and she would get back to me. Within the hour, she explained that my request could be done and to come into the shop later so we could talked details.

For the most part, Classic Bakery makes superb cakes and desserts. Unfortunately, a recent experience with the owner and manager has completely changed my opinion of this once “classic” bakery.

My neighbor has been recommending this place since I moved across the street, but I’ve never needed to order a cake until now! This was not only a beautiful cake, IT WASTHE BEST CAKE IVE EVER EATEN. I ordered the vanilla cake with coconut icing. The size of this cake scared me at first, as I don’t like a lot of heavy cake and heavy, overly sweet icing. I was honestly ordering for the aesthetic.
