Evite la panadería Copacabana en Gaithersburg, MD a toda costa. Pagamos 61 dólares por un pastel que era completamente inaceptable. Fue para una celebración especial para mis padres, y fue honestamente vergonzoso servir. El pastel estaba visiblemente agrietado incluso antes de que lo tocáramos. En el momento en que intentamos cortarlo, se derrumbó por completo y se desmoronó. Estaba seco, demasiado cocido y estaba hecho principalmente de crema batida y capas de pastelería con casi ningún pastel real. Se veía mal y sabía peor. Apenas comimos nada de eso. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con la panadería, el gerente fue grosero, desdeñoso y condescendiente. En lugar de asumir la responsabilidad, cuestionó si sabíamos cómo cortar un pastel y si incluso usamos un cuchillo. Esa respuesta por sí sola muestra el nivel de profesionalismo y servicio al cliente que puede esperar aquí. Lo único que se ofreció fue un descuento en un pedido futuro, lo cual es inaceptable teniendo en cuenta que el producto estaba defectuoso. Por 61 dólares, esto fue una completa estafa. Mala calidad, cero responsabilidad y servicio sorprendentemente poco profesional. Solicitamos un reembolso y nos ofrecimos a devolver el pastel. No se hizo nada significativo. Debido a que este problema no se manejó adecuadamente, presentaremos una queja ante el Better Business Bureau. Ahorra tu dinero. Hay panaderías mucho mejores en la zona que en realidad respaldan sus productos.

This is my favorite bakery. It’s always clean and fully staffed with friendly people. The food is amazing and the clientele are polite and respectful. This is my go to spot for birthday and special occasion cakes and my weekend spot for pastries.

It is true that the bread is very delicious, the cakes are even better, but the ladies who serve think they are cardachers and they take away your desire to even eat bread and you want to order more and they serve you. In a bad way they should look for friendlier people who provide good customer service

I bought the cake for my wedding at this place and I loved the service and the taste of the cake. I was hesitant at first to come because of the comments about the service, but I really received very good treatment and they paid attention to every detail. Eli helped me, very dear!

The service here is terrible, the people who serve make faces that don't make me want to return, every time I go I ask them for boxes because I always buy a lot and I go from Pennsylvania, but the last time they charged me 2 dollars per box and that was nothing, but the expensive ones made by those women who serve, the bread is good but it doesn't make you want to return, the owner should call their attention to improve the service or change staff

There are people who work in businesses like this one who don't know how to sell because I came wanting to buy everything I could and the person who helped me put pressure on me like he wanted me to leave and buy quickly and that didn't work. That's how you have to tell the client that they want us to help them more, but it was like they wanted not to sell me and they have to train the staff better. If you train the staff to be nice to customers, sales are going to double. business is already a success This is for them to improve thank you
