The patio is close to the RIO pond. Very nice. Cornbread was excellent, as were the Cobb salad and Ahi Tuna salad. Pleasant experience.

On our first visit here today we weren't sure what to expect but our server was exceptional. She was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We were given great recommendations. From the flatbreads and dips, to the trout and salmon CC didn't miss. The salted caramel martini and seasonal sangria were a perfect pairing. The food and drink were delicious. We will continue to have Copper Canyon as a must-stop on our list of restaurants.

Food was good, server was attentive, however, for every visit we've been put on the outdoor patio section of the restaurant. This really feels like a step down from seated in the actual inside of the restaurant. The heaters that were on to heat up the outside section were so hot my ear felt like it was on fire. There were plenty of indoor booths available (from a glance, over half the inside of the restaurant was open). I really don't understand the logic of seating guests outside before the inside is full. This feels like second class treatment.

This was an awesome eating experience. The restaurant is cozy and inviting. My barbecue ribs with shoestring fries, and coleslaw were perfectly cooked. They were definitely “fall off the bone” ribs! The barbecue sauce was yummy. My wife had salmon with spinach and coleslaw, and she said everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Food was good but the crust on the chicken pot pie was too thick to fully cook. Service was unacceptable. They weren't busy. Servers were standing around but I had to ask for more water, a glass of ice twice and dressing order was messed up for my friends salad. If the waiters were paying attention the experience would have been much better overall.

The California burger was really good! Our waiter was friendly too, though I don't remember her name. The outdoor seating was also pleasant.

It is hard to find a a place that knows how to cook a medium rare hamburger. Most cooks over cook them. We will be back!

I've been here quite a few times over the years and the service has always been good, but the food is hit or miss.
The last two times I've gone I've been really disappointed in the quality of the food and honestly was not able to finish my food both times.
Some things they do really well, but some of the dishes are just really inedible. I got the rattlesnake pasta my last visit and the mushrooms were completely raw, the chicken had these hard chewy pieces in them, and the pasta was way over cooked.
My husband got the pot pie and really enjoyed it and I've had the mac and cheese in the past and enjoyed it. I'll probably come back during lunch. The water deck is really nice to sit at during sunny days and i usually get a cocktail and an appetizer or side dish.

Great ambience, this Copper Canyon was located on Rio Lake and it was nice weather with the windows open. We enjoyed some of the cocktails and wine, as well as appetizers and the amazing broiled Lump Crab Cales with thin French Fries and Slaw Salad — Perfecto! Our waiter was very professional and promptly took care of us. Great music and vibe, as we sat in a booth near the bar with some NFL games in the background. Super happy, we will back!
