What an amazing experience I had with this bakery! I can't say enough how pleased I am with how my dad's 80th birthday cake turned out. It was a delicious work of art! Aside from my dad, the cake was the talk of the party and a true focal point. The owner was patient and helped me design the cake, and it was reasonably priced. I will definitely go back for all my cake needs!
They made my wedding cake for July 10th 2024 and it was exactly how I had wanted it, the cake was vanilla and strawberry filling with buttercream, it was very delicious and moist and the cake design was so gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with it. Highly highly recommend this business for beautiful cake designs.

I placed my order last week and paid $140. I thought it would be worth it but I was disappointed. I was excited about my cake the manager of the place told me I had to keep my cake refrigerated because it was bad to keep it out for too long. When it came time to cut it the cake was dry too dry without any filling it had no flavor it was just dry yellow bread the topping was too sweet no whipped cream I had a very bad experience I do not recommend this place

We had our wedding at Milton Ridge, and they get their cakes through Custom Cake Design— we could not have been happier with our cake! Raquel did our tasting for us, and honestly all of the samples were delicious. We went with 3 tiers— chocolate raspberry with whipped cream icing, vanilla cake with whipped cream icing, and then our top tier was lemon with raspberry jam. We got so many compliments on all of the flavors and how moist the cake was, and my husband and I ate our whole top tier the week after, we didn’t want to wait a year haha. The design was also exactly what we were looking for— she had several books of designs to look through, and we liked bits and pieces from several examples, which she was able to put together beautifully. She also coordinated with our florist so that real flowers could be added. We can’t wait to go back for our one year anniversary and get a recreation of our top tier!

I called to place an order for a cake. And the lady who picked up was being rude. I had a few questions about the order and she replied with “normally customers don’t ask these many questions.” There wasn’t any need for her to say that. If im a customer I should be able to ask how ever many questions I want for a cake I’m paying for. Terrible customer service. Would not buy from a place like this.

Absolutely amazing service and product! The birthday girl and guests were very happy with the design and taste of this strawberry shortcake birthday cake. PLEASE READ THE REASON I DRIVE 3 hours every yearWhen my son turned 1, I wanted to find a custom cake. I found this place after searching across the DMV. .This place had the best reviews and for a reason. I’ve gone each year for the past 4 years. Every year they exceed my expectation’s and really bring your vision to reality. If you provide a picture they will make it 10x better. They are extremely accommodating and communication is on point. This year I was on a tight schedule and they opened early just so I can pickup my cake. The drive is 3 hours both ways, which is about 1 hour and 30 mins away each way. I hope to continue to get my son his cake from this place. They are truly remarkable, not to mention the taste of the cake along with the presentation is amazing. Never dry like some other experiences I’ve had.
