We worked with Custom Cake Design through our wedding venue. They provided a cake and cupcakes for our May 2025 wedding and did not disappoint! We wanted a fairly unique type of cake for our wedding - a honey cake - which is notoriously difficult to get right, but they knocked it out of the park. They were also very considerate in providing a gluten-free cupcake for a guest with a celiac allergy. Our guests were very happy with everything they provided, and we appreciated their flexibility in getting us exactly what we wanted for our wedding day.

Their customer service was great. I worked with Raquel to help make my vision come to life and she and the team did an AMAZING job at making that happen. She was provided timely responses, answered any questions that I had and made the design adjustments I asked for. My husband was also assisted by the team with placing the cakes in the car and making sure they were secured.
Our finished product was better than I imagined. The animals were so cute and the quality was top tier. My guests also shared that the flavors were delicious. They said that the cake was moist and very flavorful.
We will definitely be returning for many more events to come.

What an amazing experience I had with this bakery! I can't say enough how pleased I am with how my dad's 80th birthday cake turned out. It was a delicious work of art! Aside from my dad, the cake was the talk of the party and a true focal point. The owner was patient and helped me design the cake, and it was reasonably priced. I will definitely go back for all my cake needs!
They made my wedding cake for July 10th 2024 and it was exactly how I had wanted it, the cake was vanilla and strawberry filling with buttercream, it was very delicious and moist and the cake design was so gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with it. Highly highly recommend this business for beautiful cake designs.

I placed my order last week and paid $140. I thought it would be worth it but I was disappointed. I was excited about my cake the manager of the place told me I had to keep my cake refrigerated because it was bad to keep it out for too long. When it came time to cut it the cake was dry too dry without any filling it had no flavor it was just dry yellow bread the topping was too sweet no whipped cream I had a very bad experience I do not recommend this place

We had our wedding at Milton Ridge, and they get their cakes through Custom Cake Designâ we could not have been happier with our cake! Raquel did our tasting for us, and honestly all of the samples were delicious. We went with 3 tiersâ chocolate raspberry with whipped cream icing, vanilla cake with whipped cream icing, and then our top tier was lemon with raspberry jam. We got so many compliments on all of the flavors and how moist the cake was, and my husband and I ate our whole top tier the week after, we didnât want to wait a year haha. The design was also exactly what we were looking forâ she had several books of designs to look through, and we liked bits and pieces from several examples, which she was able to put together beautifully. She also coordinated with our florist so that real flowers could be added. We canât wait to go back for our one year anniversary and get a recreation of our top tier!

I had a few questions about the order and she replied with ânormally customers donât ask these many questions.â There wasnât any need for her to say that. If im a customer I should be able to ask how ever many questions I want for a cake Iâm paying for. Terrible customer service. Would not buy from a place like this.

If youâre shopping around for a great cake, this is the place. Had a custom cake made back in 2018 for our wedding. Six years later, I wanted to recreate that same cake for my wife again. The gentlemen behind the counter knew the cake from memory. Surprised me as I thought they wouldnât remember. We had our almond raspberry cake made and we canât be anymore happier to have it remade to bring back memories. Awesome customer service hands down. 5 stars!
