I called to place an order for a cake. And the lady who picked up was being rude. I had a few questions about the order and she replied with “normally customers don’t ask these many questions.” There wasn’t any need for her to say that. If im a customer I should be able to ask how ever many questions I want for a cake I’m paying for. Terrible customer service. Would not buy from a place like this.

If you’re shopping around for a great cake, this is the place. Had a custom cake made back in 2018 for our wedding. Six years later, I wanted to recreate that same cake for my wife again. The gentlemen behind the counter knew the cake from memory. Surprised me as I thought they wouldn’t remember. We had our almond raspberry cake made and we can’t be anymore happier to have it remade to bring back memories. Awesome customer service hands down. 5 stars!

It was fresh, moist, delicious and even down to the perfectly sliced strawberries between the layers. Custom Cake Desigm has a repeat customer on their hands. Kudos!

PLEASE READ THE REASON I DRIVE 3 hours every yearWhen my son turned 1, I wanted to find a custom cake. I found this place after searching across the DMV. .This place had the best reviews and for a reason. I’ve gone each year for the past 4 years. Every year they exceed my expectation’s and really bring your vision to reality. If you provide a picture they will make it 10x better. They are extremely accommodating and communication is on point. This year I was on a tight schedule and they opened early just so I can pickup my cake. The drive is 3 hours both ways, which is about 1 hour and 30 mins away each way. I hope to continue to get my son his cake from this place. They are truly remarkable, not to mention the taste of the cake along with the presentation is amazing. Never dry like some other experiences I’ve had.

Wonderful presentation, and the flavor was superb!!! Highly recommended we went with their signature flavor white raspberry, and it was amazing!!. My daughter drew the design she wanted, and they matched it to a T!!!!

Cake was both exactly what I had envision and DELICIOUS (chocolate chip vanilla cake with strawberry mousse)! Everyone at the party was asking where we got it from and they all happily took a slice home with them.Will definitely order from them again for future parties or events. Highly recommend
