Very yummy treats 😋 and fair price 💵

Ordered 3 Blizzards and they came out well below the lid (not enough ice cream), the inner lid was “dirty” with chocolate, which means they used a dirty metal funnel for loading, and the ice cream was melted. Totally unacceptable. I pointed these issues out and the person at the register looked at me like she didn’t know anything about what I was talking about. I am NEVER going back to this location. Ever.

In case anyone isn't already aware, this business closed down during the pandemic. The business has been stripped down, there is nothing there. Ignore the listed business hours of operation. Confirmed in person, with Lakeforest Mall security, on Lakeforest Mall website, and with Dairy Queen customer service.

I brought my kids for their first Dairy Queen blizzard today 8/9/2020 at Lakeforest Mall Store #e153. It was obvious that the two employees had little experience in making buzzards and that one was being trained. I purchased 3 buzzards, one was barely ok, the other two (the ones for my kids) were like soup and were blended for maybe a couple of seconds each. When I asked about it and why they didn’t turn them upside down, I was told that’s the way it is and then she walked away. By the time we got to the car (Less than 2 minutes later) the ice cream soup had spilled all over my kids hands And the car such that my wife had to go ask for loads of additional napkins. The employee’s attitude and refusal to make them correctly didn’t make sense. They obviously didn’t want to be there and seemed annoyed when I asked why it was leaking like soup. To be told that’s just the way it is tells me I won’t be back anytime soon. Too bad, my wife and I grew up with Dairy Queen and wanted our kids to love it as much as we did. Too bad this was their experience.

I ordered a cake 10 inch blizzard cake and the cake was made exactly to my expectations...And the crunch was too delecious..!!! And gud gentle service from the staff...I definately recommend it for any birthay parties or celebrations..!!!
