Bad customer service. The manager is nervous and unprofessional.

Great spot for the family!

Quite a few broken games or games that just scans your virtual card, deducts your credits, and doesn't work. Definitely not a place for young children. The new boxing game is also always broken. They never put up signs to say if a game is broken or not. The speed tap light up game has one broken light. Only good thing about this place is the food. They also have many shuffleboards and tv game rooms for larger groups.

been here a couple times, and this is the worst experience i had. went a couple days ago to celebrate a birthday party. i had fun for the most part. the food was decent. idk his name but one of the bartenders looked like he didn’t want to serve us and had a attitude. we didn’t want to tip, but did anyways. he was inattentive, distracted by other customers goofing around. news flash, you get paid to WORK, not goof around. however, the other bartender actually put a smile on his face, and was very friendly. if you’re going to have a attitude the whole time, then don’t show up to work.. hope this helps! the manager should re train his employees about customer service. idk if i will come to THIS location again. & based off reading the reviews, im not surprised 😂.

The atmosphere was fun but we couldn’t make it past dinner ! We sat down to sit and eat first before we played .. it took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table & the service was so terrible we were so disappointed that we did not even want to play anymore after spending over $100 on food and drinks

We went to Dave and Busters on Veterans Day 2025 and after being seated by the hostess, no server came by to take our order, drink order, or even acknowledge us—for over 15 minutes. We finally went back to the hostess to ask for help, and she said she would let our waiter know. Unfortunately, another 10 minutes went by and still no one ever came to our table.

At that point, we just decided to leave. It’s frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Hopefully management addresses this, because the lack of basic service ruined what should’ve been a fun visit.

So I decided to go to Dave and Busters for Veterans Day since my wife is a veteran. Sadly I have no sat at this table to get service for about 30 min. Twice in that time I got up and went to the bar where I was told to wait for my server. Was just trying to eat and buy a card and play some games. Highly reccomended calling ahead to see if they are busy or not.

Service was just awful-we had to chase down a server twice to take our order, after sitting there 20 or so minutes. We had to chase her down for napkins and silverware. Again twice for sweetener for iced tea. Burgers and chicken tenders were good- the Philly cheesesteak was terrible (microwaved, rubbery bread). And we were there mid-afternoon, not in the middle of a lunchtime. Never again.

The atmosphere is great from the TVs,Colors, and vibes. The waiter was very pretty and attentive but she wasn’t good with instructions. The food was great but the drinks are horrible. The deals are amazing and the location needs to add guitar hero.

It's definitely not the casino but close enough. Lol! The games are pretty cool and the location is very attractive as it sits behind a beautiful lake. The parking is also free and plentiful. You can't go wrong with having family time here, watching a game or just simply having some food and drinks. It always a fun time when I go to Dave & Busters.

I have come to this Dave and Busters for years, I have never once had a bad experience and I am NOT the type to leave a bad review but as someone who works as a server, last night was unacceptable. Every single wait staff looked like they hated the fact you were there and it was uncomfortable to be there by how rude EVERYONE was. Like, again, as a server, sometimes I’m angry and the general public drives me nuts, but I NEVER show that to the guests. I’m not going to name names on who waited on my boyfriend and I, but she quite literally stopped by our table twice. We got no waters, utensils, or napkins our ENTIRE MEAL! The second and final time she came over, I didn’t make a big deal just simply asked (again) for water. She disappeared for five minutes when I then looked up and I swear to god this girl was taking selfies. At that point, I told my boyfriend to leave cash and we left. It was not busy in the restaurant area, and even if it was (again, as a server) it is not hard whatsoever to simply go get water. But she had enough time to take pictures of herself. Embarrassing behavior.
