Kids love it!!! but I do not recommand to not tired moms! It's loud, and you have to run everywhere to keep an eye on small kids. It would be perfect if they won't let kids go out without their parents

Great place to take the family. It always has long lines. Worth it.

I was seated by the hostess because I did not want to sit at the bar - single person. No one came to the table. NO ONE! Of all the servers, including a manager, that walked by, I made eye contact but not one person asked if I was being helped. I saw others getting seated and being served but not me. Very disappointing!
I can't rate the food because I never got food service.
Probably why I'd rather go out of my way to Arundel Mills instead of RIO, which is 15 minutes away from me.

Extremely disappointed at customer service for party bookings. I emailed due to issues with online reservation and no one ever responded. By the time I got a hold of them, the date/time I needed was no longer available.
I’d only consider this place for random night outs and not for parties due to this lack of communication.

Every time we come here the restaurant has the slowest service in the world. We went last week after a very long day and the waiter took 25 min to come to our table. He was talking to ONE table the entire time and ignoring everyone else. The food came and my 20 dollar meal was terrible. The lettuce was wilted, the egg was grey. Barely any dressing (got the chicken ceasar salad). I can get better from a salad bag. The waiter only came back one more time after we got our food. He eventually went down to the game area with the family he talked to the entire time and never came back! Do you just hire anybody? This is not the first waiter that has been terrible at this location. I didn’t catch this guys name but the first guys name was sneakers.

Fun place for the whole family ?. You can't go wrong. It's less crowded during the week.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will almost break your wallet if you let them. It can be addictive. Budget well before you go in.

Staff is awesome and friendly—they made our family feel welcome. I really like that the entire space is beautiful and modern, including the arcade and dining areas. Will be coming back to watch WWE with the kids and gaming, and their food and drinks look great.
