I would give them no stars if I could. Their customer service was trash. They were rude and disrespectful. The food truck at Linganore was rude and did not acknowledge us like they were too busy with no customers in line. The poutine truck across from them wa pleasant and fire.

Ordered food online for pick up at sugarloaf location. Time for pick up was labeled at 1:41. No notifications not text until I came up to window at 1:56. Didn’t get any attention from staff until 2:01. The guys at the window expedited my order and even then it wasn’t made until 2:08. So from placing order to getting it (2 sliders, crab fries and side fries) it took 42 minutes. No sauces requested were provided had to ask for ketchup and that got me a side eye. Crab fries that were $22 had about 2 ounces of “crab dip” if side of fries is $3 that means 2 ounces of that dip was $19. Crazy price for the service and amount of food you get. Save your money and pack snacks when you come here if you are planning on eating and definitely avoid.

Horrible customer service up front. How can you offer something on the menu as a sude but not even have it stocked. Too expensive for the amount of food you get. Way too greasy, I mean the buns were just soaked in grease. Also didn't even have enough drinks stocked. Do not recommend nor will I be ordering from here again.

Service is horrible price for party pack was advertised as $35 dollars but for me they wanted to charge $40. After I question the price change, they turned very rude and argumentative. The employees there need to take a class in customer service. Yes it was only a $5 difference but I was not given a valid reason why the price changed for me.

I waited in line for 70 minutes so I could get a burger, but they failed to Gove me one as they're ran out without telling us that they would run out soon. So I waited my break so I could get a box of three dollar fries which where below mediocre. Terrible service
