DMV EMPANADAS GAITHERSBURG

I had tried their empanadas at a farmers market before but was excited to have stumbled upon their Gaithersburg store location. I love their empanadas and they have so many varieties. I will be a frequent customer!

I went there on the Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t too busy. I ordered only plantains and it was delicious and cooked in a record time. The staff was respectful and friendly ; they had a large selection of empanadas. And i really like the atmosphere. Also they had some very good sauces. It tastes natural and homemade.

Today was my first time having empanadas and visiting DMV empanadas and everything was amazing. I got four {ate one before taking the picture lol}
-Shrimp old bay (8/10)
-chicken saltenas (10/10) my favorites
-cheeseburger (8/10)
-masaco empanada (9/10) my favorites
I’ll be back this weekend for more because I’m officially obsessed.

The empanadas are great, it's got a little seating if you want to sit there, but it's mostly carry out. It was a fun dinner out with my kiddos

What a cute place and empanadas are hot to order. The lady behind the counter suggested the saltena so I got the chicken. SOO delicious!! Stewed chicken, veggies and potato! Comes with 2 salsas. I woulda taken a pic but I was so hungry. lol Can order on kiosk or at the counter. Must be good bc some guy had bags of them to go. Shopping center is always so busy but for something different from typical fast food, it is worth it!! 1 was enough to fill me up!

So delicious and they’re always really kind when I come in. Best empanadas I have ever tasted, honestly. Spicy chicken empanadas is a wonderful choice for those that don’t know what to try!! With the green sauce!

DMV Empanadas had a pop-up shop at the Navy Yard Farmers Market. This was my first time trying them. And OMG!!! They were so good. So tasty. Not a lot salt. Wife had the veggie one while I had the chicken salteña. They did not disappoint!! If y'all weren't so far up in Gaithersburg, I'd go right now to get some more! Actually, I'll be hitting them at another farmers market tomorrow in DC!

Crust and fillings are yummy. I did not like the Nutella strawberry but that’s my taste. Would prefer a Nutella only option. Otherwise great!

This restaurant is awesome. Their staff is extremely and I mean extremely polite friendly. They care about their customers and they make sure that the restaurant is very clean when I first walked in this restaurant. I could smell the spices and food from Outside there is also a place where you can eat outside. I had to use the bathroom and I thought I was in a five star hotel restroom. I recommend the empanadas to anybody who hasn’t tried them. I will continue to go back. thank you for your excellent customer service

I came towards closing time.. Both of my empanadas were burnt at the ends I could only eat half of both.. MAYBE if you go early it'll be different🤷🏾‍♀️
