I recently ordered from Domino’s as we usually do once a week and, unfortunately, encountered an issue with my order. At first, I was disappointed, but when I reached out to customer support, my experience took a complete 180-degree turn. The manager Awais Sultan was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making things right. They resolved the issue swiftly and even went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.
Their exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that made me an even bigger fan of Domino’s. It’s rare to find a company that handles problems with such care and efficiency. I truly appreciate how they value their customers. Kudos to Domino’s for their outstanding support! I’ll definitely be ordering again, knowing they have my back.

I ordered 2 pizzas this morning for takeout. When I got there, I was told they "didn't have change for my big bill and I needed to get smaller bills elsewhere". Good thing Ledo's had the change! Had he suggested I order a few more things to make the balance higher so he would have the change I needed, I just might have.

Haven't been to dominoes in about 4 years, so decided to try it again because we saw the add for the new your styled pizza and it was a GREAT coming back experience! Was welcomed by a gentleman named Martino, who not only was kind enough to bring my order to the car after packing it but he also made some very delicious pizzas! 10/10 must try again!!!

Terrible customer service. Food was late, cold, and wrong. Service manager on duty refused to give their name. Refused a full refund. They were incredibly disrespectful. I am so disappointed. Really a shamefully poor experience.
