Live in New Jersey and go to Dominos frequently and have never received such sad service. I ordered two pizzas for delivery. After about 40 mins. I check my app and it says delivered. This is news to me because I don’t have the pizza. So I go to the door and see two pizzas on the ground outside. When I call Dominos they tell me that since the driver “knocked” even though I have a doorbell they can do nothing about it. All I asked was for my tip back because I don’t want to reward a delivery driver for such terrible service. But the manager and assistant manager was even worst then him they would not listen, not apologize, and tell me they can’t do anything and basically hung up on me. So I went to the dominos and returned my pizza. Had the manager had some sense he would’ve made the call to take care of the customer. Disappointing service in Gaithersburg Mzs

Less than a mile away.l from me. Latest - and last - delivery took almost 50 minutes and app kept adding time saying delivery in 10 minutes, etc. Tracker showed driver just sitting somewhere for 15 minutes. Pizza arrived stone cold. Driver said - well, we have a lot of deliveries. I called the store and they said there wasn’t a manager around so they couldn’t help me. Never again.

Impossible to order. Staff were too incompetent.
Took an hour and 45 mins to get two pizzas and an order of garlic knots. Pizza was ice cold and the app would not let me leave a review for the store or report the issue.

I ordered food from my Elm school to have delivered from online . Young lady said she can't deliver because other store delivers from 355 .My school is 1.5 miles away and the 355 store said they don't deliver to Harriet Tubman Elm . I have have had flower hill domino's deliver to my school

This place is the pizza shop to go in this area! Awais is a fantastic manager and slings a mean pie! So delicious! Keep it up Domino's!

I’m very disappointed with Domino Pizza and the delivery person was disrespectful to me today and told me I couldn’t get my order was waiting for too long and won’t be able to redeliver at all, also they didn’t call me back for delivery, so they should know that I’m a deaf customer (Montgomery County) MD
I hope the General Manager needs to fix it solution the problems

Tried to place an order online because I was told by the store it's the only way to get the stuffed crust deal for 9.99. I tried for 30 minutes and it would not work. I came to the store and 15 minutes later with 2 different people trying we got it to work. 12 people in the store working and I still had to wait 20 more minutes. Not good. The manger could not figure out the online order and instead of just having the pizza started, since I had called twice before and spoke to his employees about ordering the stuff crust pizza, he decided to have me wait for another employee. Bad customer service.

Normally don't have an issue but today I ordered 2 pizzas at 6pm on 7/7/25 order #468. I didn't realize it until I got home but they didn't give me the stuff cheese crust I had put it in for. Waste of -$4 gone down the drain.
You have one job. The order wasn't even big and these clowns couldn't even get it correctly. I saw 3 orders on the screen one being mine it wasn't like they were getting slammed. Get your training together or hire someone who cares and is better qualified for the role. You're lucky you got my business today since pizza rosa closed down last month. Im not coming back to this location.

We ordered four large pizzas and three 8 piece wings. These pizzas were very dry thin and I could easily tell that they were stretched from medium dough. I called the store and the employee admitted to running out of dough and stretching medium dough and only wanted to credit me for ONE large pizza. He admitted that he should’ve called me to let me know they ran out of dough but dropped the ball. Is this how this dominos is failing their customers? That is blatantly a scam. That is ridiculous. I should at least get half refund. AT LEAST! The wings were tiny and only barely sauced. The quality of service of this dominos unfortunately is bottom barrel and embarrassing. If this is how dominos gets over on their customers then I’ll gladly take my patronage somewhere else. I hope all of my fellow neighbors and community know of the type of stuff this dominos pulls.

Easy pick-up order.
I just ordered 2 pizzas with the Domino’s App and it’s totally easy to just show up at the store, say you’re there for a pick up order, say your name, and you receive your order. That’s all. The pizzas looks delicious. The place looks clean and attractive.

I ordered garlic knots and I did not receive the marinara sauce that’s supposed to come with it. I asked my husband to go the store and ask about it, and the gentleman said that I have to pay for it, when it’s required to come with it…. Every time I order it, it always comes with it and if you want an additional one you have to pay. I shouldn’t have to pay for the garlic knots and a separate sauce.
