The food is great service is also great but Jesus Christ the amount of reggaeton played here is obnoxious and also not kid-friendly sometimes I ask myself if I'm eating or at the night club all that's needed are some disco lights a dance floor and maybe a drink but it's so annoying and that's coming from someone that listens to reggaeton

While on our way to grab some burgers, we caught a whiff of delicious chicken and decided to check out this chicken spot. Upon entering, we were pleased by how clean the establishment was. We placed our order and decided to take it home. The chicken was cooked to perfection - it was tender, moist, and full of flavor. We also enjoyed the sides the Yucca, macaroni and cheese, black beans, rice, and fried plantains. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and moist, but it lacked a bit in terms of flavor. Along with that, we also ordered a cheese empanada and a beef empanada. Both of them were delectable. Initially, we weren't given our empanadas, but the person who took our order saw how quickly we were leaving and ran after us to make we came back to the counter fetched for the empanadas. We were impressed by the customer service and the speed at which our order was prepared. The place was also very clean. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to others. I will definitely come back here.

The empanadas are amazing !!! The fried rice was kinda salty for my taste but the loom saltado is really good and honestly it's perfect for dinner the ambience is family friendly and the service is great!

Manager just replied. See the message. He clearly didn't read my review. I *phoned* the order into the actual restaurant and verified the price with the person that took the order AT the restaurant!!! She confirmed the price was correct and admitted it to the manager!!! But the manager wouldn't honor the price her own employee stated! I've told everyone I run into, friend or otherwise that I see in the shopping center about this experience and several will never go there again. Bad news travels fast! Customer loyalty is what keeps people in business. You have none. You are not the only restaurant in the area ... PLENTY of other options well within close and easy walking distance that appreciate my business that I am glad to give it to! And everyone in the area knows it too!

It has always been our favorite place to eat roast chicken, unfortunately since they changed staff the service is terrible, yesterday I bought a whole chicken to take away and when I got home it was incomplete, there was no breast and it had 3 mini legs, obviously it was not enough for my family and we were disappointed.

Peruvian chicken is one of my favorite things but I've never tried Don Pollo before tonight. It was delicious: the skin was perfectly crispy, the meat moist, the seasoning was on point, and both sauces offered different but great flavor. The sides were standard aka good, sweet plantains in particular were tender and sweet with just enough chewy caramelization. I got the 1/4 dark meat with two sides and was stuffed at the end. The staff were extremely patient, friendly, quick, and accommodating! They have a wide variety of drinks and the dining area is large, warmly lit, and clean.
This Don Pollo is superior to the other locations I've been too, and possibly one of the best char broil chicken spots in the area. Their food options are better, more flavorful, and delivered hot quickly to your table. The menu here has items other Don Pollos don't, and the environment is a bit more refined. Worth a try.
