The place is clean, staff are friendly and the donuts are *chef's kiss*. They are so much better than regular donuts as I feel that they are not overpowered with sweetness that it's so satisfying to eat. The only downside, is that I wish they had more options of flavors.
Just on the street of Rio, the decoration of the store is very romantic, and there are many donut flavors. It was the first time I saw the Earl Gray tea flavor, which was very novel.

Croffle was cold and really difficult to cut!! I almost snapped the provided plastic utensils multiple times. I was expecting the base to be warm. Coffee quality was good but wish they had more flavors. I’d go back for the coffee but not sure id get the croffle again.

Purchased here yesterday was looking forward to trying the fruit slush was very disappointed with the drink it barely had any flavor just tasted like ICE I felt so scammed. I paid about 5.50 for that drink NEVER again.

The taro milk tea with strawberry popping boba was delicious. My daughter had the strawberry milk donut chew and the strawberry matcha milt tea with strawberry popping boba and rainbow jelly. Thanks!! Loves it all!!
My three year old sat down and fell off a broken chair and face planted on the floor. Staff didn't seem to care, even though she was screaming in pain. We had to take the broken chair away seeing as nobody else was going to.

First time was pretty good (hence why I’ve come back) but the past two visit have been awful, mainly due to how bad the service staff is.Ownership should know how unpleasant this one kid behind the counter is. The past two visits he greeted us with a “We are almost out of everything”. When we tried to order whatever was left, he gave is an exasperated attitude and clearly didn’t want to serve us or be there.How the heck on two separate occasions is this store out of the two main things they’re supposed to sell: donuts and bubble tea? To be fair, we tend to visit closer to closing time, but to not have ANY ability to make a drink or serve a donut and give us attitude for trying is insane. This restaurant is so mismanaged.Bring back the girl cashier; she was so nice and things were actually in stock! The guy keeps complaining how he’s “the only one here” and how he can’t be bothered to do his job.Food itself is fine, if you can get any.

My husband and family loved these donuts. The shop smells amazing from the freshly made donuts. Super cute atmosphere. I wasn't able to try, NOT GLUTEN FREE, despite some reviews stating that they are.

Parking: Some street parking but often busy/not available. Better off parking in parking garage and walking a short block to the shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: No accessable button to open doors. Once inside easy to navigate in my wheelchair. Private one person bathroom, was not very clean on a busy Friday night, but I was able to get all the way in, close the door, and transfer.
