This place is adorable! I went to use the self service kiosk and my son wanted a newer flavor of donut that wasn’t loaded into the kiosk yet so Dahn came up and helped us. She was super sweet and helpful. Thankfully, she let us know that the donut my son picked was peach flavored…my son doesn’t like peach so he chose a strawberry milk donut instead and he loved it so much he wanted me to buy him another one! The strawberry matcha, brown sugar milk tea and Oreo croffles were sooooooo good. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you, Dahn and Donutchew!

Placed an order in store at their kiosk. We waited 5-10 mins for our donuts while no one else was waiting on their order. When we finally were given our half dozen, we left to head home. When we opened the box at home, we weren’t given any of the donuts we asked for! At almost $20 for 6 donuts, the employees should pay better attention to what their customers order. We will not be back!

Delicious unique donuts with a fun chewy texture. Love that they let you customize the sugar content in the milk tea. The store however was desperately in need of a deep clean. Chairs dirty, tables dirty, floors filthy especially in the corners

5 Stars – A Must-Try Spot!
We visited Donutchew in Gaithersburg today after lunch at neighboring BurgerFi and tried mochi donuts for the first time — and are we very glad we did! The donuts were delicious — chewy, light, and flavorful. My son loved every bite, and it also wasn’t an overload or too heavy in terms of a dessert.
The ambiance and decor of the shop were modern, clean, and welcoming — you can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. On top of that, the service was top-notch — friendly, fast, and genuinely kind.
We debated between this place and Auntie Anne’s across the street and hands down the better choice. This place is a gem and a must-try if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Everyone I go at 11 AM when they are suppose to be open they still aren’t open. I waited 30 minutes one time for someone to actually open. And now I’m sitting out here again and it’s 11:11 and no signs of anyone in there. This is annoying. Change the time if you guys can’t be ready by 11

The place is clean, staff are friendly and the donuts are *chef's kiss*. They are so much better than regular donuts as I feel that they are not overpowered with sweetness that it's so satisfying to eat. The only downside, is that I wish they had more options of flavors.
Just on the street of Rio, the decoration of the store is very romantic, and there are many donut flavors. It was the first time I saw the Earl Gray tea flavor, which was very novel.
