Just got 1 dozen donuts after repeating my order twice they still got it wrong!!! This was for a corporate so dissapointed would not recommend this place at all! In addition, I asked for napkins and the associate hand me 3 of them with nasty attitude, seriously???

There is a Dunkin’ Donuts five minutes away—literally, I can walk there in my neighborhood. However, every single time I go, they never have any decaf iced coffee. I thought it was because one day I bought some, went home, and didn’t drink it right away because I was cooking. When I finally tasted it, it was made incorrectly. So my husband took it back up the street and got into a full-blown confrontation with one of your staff members about bringing the coffee back. The employee invited my husband to come outside. It was awful. He also was sparked a little bit of it was he tried to go in the back and make my coffee and my husband was like no I want you to make it in front of me. why would you go in the back room? You could do anything you want to my coffee and that just took everything straight to you you know where. I swear, ever since that day, whenever I try to get another one, I’m always told they don’t have any, we don’t have any, we don’t have any. I kept thinking to myself, how in the heck can you be out of iced coffee every single day? Today was the final straw. I went at 10:33am and y’all were out of decaf iced coffee. I definitely don’t go after 4 o’clock because after 4, you definitely don’t have any. I know for a fact that the average American isn’t drinking decaf, so this has made me go to other locations. I go to the one on 124, which is wonderful, and two in Germantown, which are also wonderful. But Goshen Road again is five minutes from my house, I am forced to go 20 minutes away from my house just to get a decent decaf iced coffee so you no longer get my business because every time I go, you don’t have what I need. And I mean every single time since that confrontation, which was about two or maybe three weeks ago after 8 PM.

Early morning staff gets it right every time with my coffee. It’s always the mid day to evening staff. Some people should be retrained on measurements. This is literally a cup of sweet milk

Dunkin in my area Maryland, Montgomery Village, Rothsbury Drive, they're never doing good job, anytime I get there to get good drink it never a pleasure to drink any coffee because they put very minimal coffee amount. This is a ridiculous why I have to pay for ice and milk. Management is very bad in this location compared with others, I'm a customer for long time with DD,this location has been opened like a year ago and it's convenient location for me, but I think General Management must rehired workers for this location.

This location is always out of ice Tea all different times a day. They seem to not restock it. They also always make us pull up by the door and wait a long period of time instead of waiting in the drive through to make their drive threw time numbers look fast but they are indeed slow. Good luck if you ever go inside because they will not help you unless you stare down an employee and ask.

Hi, I need to be honest because this has been happening way too often. I live 3 minutes away and come to this location regularly, but even when there are no cars in the drive-thru, I’m still told to pull forward and wait in a parking spot—which makes no sense. Then I’m left sitting there for way longer than necessary, and when I finally get my order, it’s overcooked. At this point, it feels like y’all are just trying to clear the drive-thru timer instead of actually serving efficiently. It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and makes me not want to come back. This needs to be addressed, Nice workers but the consistent with pulling in spaces and sometimes giving wrong orders is very frustrating
If you are expecting a quick drive thru experience, please stay clear of this Dunkin. They will have you all the time pull to the side after ordering and wait 15 minutes to get your food.
