Horrible, place has been open for a couple years now and they’re employees can’t even serve pre made correctly, they are never on time and the coffee never tastes good, avoid this Dunkin, I like the one on Montgomery Village avenue.

I haven't been to the Rothbury / Goshen location for over 6 months but had missed the cut off at a neighboring fast food. Once again they did not have what I wanted to order. Every time I go I am told "We don't have that" when it is a menu item. The food is hit or miss. I had to pull up and wait over 5 minutes to get my food yet the car that pulled in beside me was still backing in a slot and got theirs! I don't see how they stay in business.

I ordered a plain bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I received the sausage one instead and even then once I took a bite it was hard and stiff. I noticed until I opened it and was already far distance from the location. I called multiple times, nobody ever answered the phone. I couldn’t return due to commute for work.

The customer services so bad the girl with the curl hair she is so rude she don’t want to help us to make an a order bc she said that she had many order for 3 orders that they had , they frustrated hell no they doesn’t know how to work, we always went there to buy food and always she acting so weird , dunking donut you have to choose betters your workers!

Not impressed and will NEVER return! I went in for 2 hot coffees Saturday morning, the drive through was backed up and I made the mistake to go inside to place an order on the kiosk - BIG mistake! The lid was loose on 1 hot coffee and I had no idea.When I realized it was missing cream and sweetener, I went back inside and the lid came all the way loose on the cup in my right hand soaking hot scalding coffee all over my right hand burning me as I walked back inside. I am right-handed and this was NOT a good start to my Saturday morning. The only person who showed any concern or compassion was another customer who was waiting (and an RN) and kept telling the 4 people up front to get me a cup of ice for my burns. She must have said that at least 4 times! No one on the staff responded or asked me how I was, and had to be told by a customer numerous times to get me a cup of ice right away for my burned fingers and hand. There were no protective sleeves on the cups and no cup holders available or offered and no one offered on the staff showed any concern or offered any assistance. All 1 male said was that the kiosk did not show cream and sweetener for 1 coffee. SERIOUSLY!!! I was burned by hot, scalding coffee and that was all they all felt the need to say? TERRIBLE safety and customer service training!

Tried for a new morning breakfast drive thru. 2 people in line for a mobile order made 10 minutes previously was too much. Made to wait in the parking lot 8 minutes. They forgot. Love cold food, really.
