I love coming here in the afternoon because Sameena one of the employee is so kind and great at what she does! Excellent service! She always makes great sandwiches and very hot drinks. I love this Dunkin

Date Dunkin' location in an industrial park of Gaithersburg. No drive-thru at this location, mainly just a pick up spot. Drink was pretty solid and came out on time. In need of a remodel

I don’t go to this Dunkin’ often, but every time I’ve visited in the evenings over the past couple of years, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The male employee who usually works in the evenings is incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. He always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything is done quickly and correctly. His positive attitude really stands out and makes the visit feel warm and welcoming. Great service like this deserves to be recognized, thank you!

All employees are good but muslim woman who wear hijap and glasses. They open to 10 PM, I got in there 9:45PM, and she didn't come out from her kitchen and later just denied to take my order for I just came in before 15 mins to the store close. I think the store owner should know how she works.

Train your employees better! I don't speak Spanish, they need to understand English better! I went in and ordered a Frozen Vanilla Chai and first off she told me she couldn't make it. Then when I pointed out that there was in fact an iced vanilla chai on the menu and all they had to do was blend it, she was totally confused. All other Dunkin' locations know how to do this, why not them? I turned around and kept my money. I don't live in this area and only come every so often. I'm also diabetic, so this was a real treat. Guess this location lost a customer.

My favorite Dunkin' and it's all because of the staff. First, they really take the time to know you if you're a frequent flyer and can already guess what you order when you walk up, lol. The donuts never miss. Their breakfast sandwiches are always on point and delicious. And their drinks are made with love. Honestly, I have not had a terrible coffee. They make it just right! These folks work hard and are truly appreciated!

Made a mobile order for pickup. Arrived after ten minutes and order was ready. The coffees were on the pickup shelves by names. The food items had to be picked up from staff. Coffee is hot as usual. The morning wraps were good as expected, the restroom needed a key to open.
