Made a mobile order for pickup. Arrived after ten minutes and order was ready. The coffees were on the pickup shelves by names. The food items had to be picked up from staff. Coffee is hot as usual. The morning wraps were good as expected, the restroom needed a key to open.

This particular restaurant is not one of my favorites. It bothers me that at the end of the day. Stale items are still being sold. Unfortunately, for a major chain to offer fresh food, it's going to have to be continually cooked until at least 4pm if you're going to stay open till 9pm.

Came here to buy an Iced caramel Latte, I told the worker that my latte didn’t taste very well. She didn’t want to fix it and started yelling and making fun of the situation. I had to tell her coworker to help me, they started speaking in their language. It felt like they were making fun of me. I don’t think this type of people should be working in customer service!

Was vacationing in the area since March 26th until today. The staff here is outgoing and friendly and patient. I had never been to a Dunkin donuts establishment in my life due to the fact Nova Scotia doesn't have any. Had the Cocoa Mocha latte hot with 2 extra shots of espresso. I tried their hashbrowns as well and both were soo tasty and hot and fresh. The staff I dealt with almost daily were amazing. One day they were completely slammed in drive through and I wasn't in a rush soo I told the counter staff to get caught up and I could wait. Which I did patiently and respectfully. The crew deserves raises and to be treated by customers with the uttermost respect. To the crew thank you soo much for making a small city canadian not feel like such a country bumpkin. Tha k you for the amazing service.

This is possibly the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. I ordered an iced coffee and instead I was given a cup of creamer with whipped cream?! They were so busy talking amongst themselves I had to use the kiosk to even place the order. I am NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! It was WASTED $
