Date Dunkin' location in an industrial park of Gaithersburg. No drive-thru at this location, mainly just a pick up spot. Drink was pretty solid and came out on time. In need of a remodel

I don’t go to this Dunkin’ often, but every time I’ve visited in the evenings over the past couple of years, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The male employee who usually works in the evenings is incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. He always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything is done quickly and correctly. His positive attitude really stands out and makes the visit feel warm and welcoming. Great service like this deserves to be recognized,...
