Actual garbage, never make a good drink or have a decent donut. Cold foam isn’t even prepared to order. Absolute garbage, same goes for all dunkin’s in the area.

I ordered everything bagel with creme cheese at 2.15pm today, the server made it but it tasted weird, creme cheese was more like some melted mayo or sour creme...i asked him again and threw it away...

“I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location (610 Quince Orchard Rd, Gaithersburg). The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, making the visit unpleasant. On top of that, they charge more for coffee compared to other Dunkin’ locations, which feels unfair and inconsistent. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend going elsewhere for better service and fair pricing.

Great staff but the donuts are often stale. This sadly is true of Dunkin everywhere. They don't make them on site anymore so they don't come close to being fresh. I miss the old Dunkin.

I went to DD this morning to buy munchkins for my childs day care and my class. They were out of donuts... Someone else came in and asked for the box of joe and they were out of that too.
A coworker placed an order for a party last night and when he arrived they told him they could only provide 12 out of the 36 he prepaid for. I am very surprised by this.

On this day 12/11/2024 around 1pm, an employee harassed me about my body weight and constantly tried to offfer me donuts when I ordered a coffee, that he proceeded to make incorrectly. I also noticed how he didn't treat the white man behind me with any of the disrespect that he showed me. This establishment is not safe for women of color, and the manager should be embarrassed to have hired such a disgraceful individual under their watch.
I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location today at 6:50 PM, hoping to get a hot drink since it was cold outside. To my surprise, the male worker informed me that the machine for hot drinks had already been cleaned, so only cold drinks were available. When I asked if they were closing soon, he replied that they close at 10:00 PM—three hours later. This left me shocked and disappointed. I left immediately without purchasing anything. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the ample time before closing.

As soon as I walked in the establishment the gentleman working there named amanta said that " I haven't gotten tips all day" and showed me his tip jar, I paid for a small coffee and tipped the gentleman but it's a shame that it would seem the owners aren't taking care of their employees enough that they have to mention they aren't getting tips to customers walking in to shame them into tipping out of pity. Hopefully the owners take care of the workers working at this establishment. But if it's come to workers doing this to guests walking in then perhaps management needs to rethink its priorities .

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into this location today and there was a wasp in the building. I didn’t pay it much mind. One of the lady’s packed up my donuts with a wasp in the bag. She then proceeded to smile. Only to find out there was a live wasp in the bag. That’s just trifling.

The staff is friendly and the manager is friendly also. stuff is always in stock and I love to come in this Dunkin because this my favorite Dunkin to come in and the store is clean and also looks new even though is not new store and I love to come to this Dunkin.

The customer service is awful, the food is undercooked, and they nickel and dime you for everything. When I checked my receipt, I noticed that they charged me$1.00 for a plastic fork and knife. When I tried to talk to the employees about this, they all pretended to not speak English. I'll never return to this location.
