Great staff but the donuts are often stale. This sadly is true of Dunkin everywhere. They don't make them on site anymore so they don't come close to being fresh. I miss the old Dunkin.

I went to DD this morning to buy munchkins for my childs day care and my class. They were out of donuts... Someone else came in and asked for the box of joe and they were out of that too.
A coworker placed an order for a party last night and when he arrived they told him they could only provide 12 out of the 36 he prepaid for. I am very surprised by this.

On this day 12/11/2024 around 1pm, an employee harassed me about my body weight and constantly tried to offfer me donuts when I ordered a coffee, that he proceeded to make incorrectly. I also noticed how he didn't treat the white man behind me with any of the disrespect that he showed me. This establishment is not safe for women of color, and the manager should be embarrassed to have hired such a disgraceful individual under their watch.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location today at 6:50 PM, hoping to get a hot drink since it was cold outside. To my surprise, the male worker informed me that the machine for hot drinks had already been cleaned, so only cold drinks were available. When I asked if they were closing soon, he replied that they close at 10:00 PM—three hours later. This left me shocked and disappointed. I left immediately without purchasing anything. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the ample time before closing.

As soon as I walked in the establishment the gentleman working there named amanta said that " I haven't gotten tips all day" and showed me his tip jar, I paid for a small coffee and tipped the gentleman but it's a shame that it would seem the owners aren't taking care of their employees enough that they have to mention they aren't getting tips to customers walking in to shame them into tipping out of pity. Hopefully the owners take care of the workers working at this establishment. But if it's come to workers doing this to guests walking in then perhaps management needs to rethink its priorities .

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into this location today and there was a wasp in the building. I didn’t pay it much mind. One of the lady’s packed up my donuts with a wasp in the bag. She then proceeded to smile. Only to find out there was a live wasp in the bag. That’s just trifling.

The customer service is awful, the food is undercooked, and they nickel and dime you for everything. When I checked my receipt, I noticed that they charged me$1.00 for a plastic fork and knife. When I tried to talk to the employees about this, they all pretended to not speak English. I'll never return to this location.
today October 24, 2024 at around 7:20pm, the man’s name was Ratan. At the location located at: 610 quince orchard road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 Multiple times I tried to state that he can’t refuse me service and he could call the police if he wanted to refuse me service. Where he decided to say that I could call the police, and that point he would take my order if I were to go put my service dog outside. I tried to show him an ada card which just has information about service animals with the questions that they are able to ask. I’ve gone to this location multiple times with my service animal and my retired service animal before he retired. He did eventually take my order but then told me to next time leave my service dog outside. Which is illegal. They can ask 2 questions and if my dog causes an issue then they can ask me to remove my service dog and those issues include pooping or peeing on the floor or acting out of control or if I could not remain in control of my service animal.

Horrible service, I went in today and got a medium iced coffee with donuts and the lady at the register automatically having an attitude. I was waiting for my coffee and they never informed me when it was ready. My coffee was just sitting there and I was just waiting, the guy that was near the donuts ended up telling me to leave in a rudely way because i had my puppy with me but never even tried informing me when my coffee was ready. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM BOTH OF THEM. Will never go to this location again

Regardless of what you order, they will give you whatever they like and charge you for it and then put on a fight about it and are unwilling to fix that. Will not be returning and my kids had a horrible time
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, they didn't even listen to what the kids were asking and were rude and dismissive and started to blame the kids for their own mistake (kids literally had to repeat a billion times and were very clear yet they didn't get their food and then was blamed in a not nice way , not a good experience for the kids and they felt wronged )
