My favourite Donut spot is Dunkin . With their enticing aroma and a myriad of flavors and toppings, donuts continue to capture our taste buds and leave us craving for more all the time . Plain donut , chocolate filling are my favourites . Since this is the valentines month they introduced heart shaped donuts . Pretty as well .The world of donuts never fails to delight my taste buds and leave me craving for more always. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I always recommend this spot for a time for delightful quick bites .

They will not listen. They put sugar in my Iced Coffee when I explicitly told them that did not want any. My bagel could have been toasted as I asked, but instead it was just barely warmed up.I ended up trashing the food because everything was insipid.I do not recommend this place.

The coffee always sucks or your money back. I came here after giving them a hundred chances because it's at a convenient location. I gave them another chance, and had to end up pouring the coffee out for like the 5th time. I don't want to be rude, so I never say anything, I just take the loss.

The 2 stars are for the cleanliness, welcoming personnel, and some of the food/drink. What I struggle with every single time I go in there is the language barrier. It takes several tries every time to get my order right. I only order what's on the menu. No specialization. The last time I was there I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. It took three tries before I thought the person behind the counter understood me. She didn't. I ended up with a drink with hazelnut in it. Another staff with an accent very professionally tried to fix things. I still didn't get the right drink.

There was no wait to order. My iced chai latte had a strange taste and was not as sweet as I expected. The interior was clean and well maintained. Halloween decor gave it a fun ambiance. My egg and cheese on croissant tasted delicious! I'd order from here again.

Regular DD coffee. The donuts are inconsistent in look and texture. Wish they display bagels and croissants because you will have to ask if they have it or not. They will follow instructions and I never got my order wrong.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I am dogsitting for my son here in Gaithersburg. I get dd coffee every single day where I live in Baltimore. When I got here the other night, i was so happy that I found a dd...guy is rude. The coffee WAS WEAK like almost water! There's nothing I hate more than intentional weak coffee! They charge a lot more than Baltimore too. So I tried it again tonight, hoping it was just that guy. Well he was there again, was making a "new pot". Who has a dunkin donuts with no coffee made at all. No customers the other night and tonight, think I know why now. So I said to him nicely, Are you making new pot? If so, make sure you brew the whole pot, if you do it mid brew the coffee will be weak I said I was happy to wait. I waited, and I'm down where I ordered and paid or my coffee. He was so rude he made walk down the other end even though I had waited long for the coffee to brew..(seriously rude and bad customer service sir)...the coffee is TERRIBLE and WEAK again. Will never go to this place again. Need to find another location, even further from my son's This means they are INTENIONALLY putting less dry coffee when they're making the pot, wonder what they're saving in $$ to give people watered down terrible coffee...(I take my dd coffee seriously, as you can see, lol)..

Me and my family always come here but this was our last. Most of the people are friendly and nice, but one guy that works there is terrible and ignorant. Please check your receipt because they charge you more. Not professional. Don’t recommend.
