This is the worst branch that exists. The place is nice but the customer service is terrible. It's too slow. It seems like the staff is there out of obligation. It's a shame.

Every time my family and I visit this Dunkin’, our orders are consistently incorrect. If I request a coffee with Splenda, it’s always given to us with regular sugar. It’s disappointing to see a lack of effort in getting orders right. People rely on these restaurants for convenience, especially when heading to work or on the go, only to receive incorrect and unenjoyable orders, wasting both time and money. More attention to detail and better organization are crucial to improving the customer experience at this location.

For the past 6 times I’ve been there I’ve asked for a plain bagel, toasted with cream cheese , a very simple thing … and when I ask for it like that I get literally 0 cream cheese and i mean none, and then when I asked for extra cream cheese 4 times, only 1 of the times they actually gave me extra . And when they did , it was a 2 inch slab of cream cheese that was frozen solid.. absolutely ridiculous, for some reason they can’t seem to understand how to make a plain bagel with cream cheese, honestly sad.

I tried to call in store because my delivery order as simple as it was… It was COMPLETELY wrong.
I ordered a large cappuccino, everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a turkey sausage wake up wrap with no cheese.
I received a cappuccino that wasn’t full, a regular bagel with regular cream cheese on it. Barely any cream cheese was even on the bagel and a wake up wrap with ONLY 2 different sausage on it! You would think I’m kidding but look at the pictures.
I am more than dissatisfied, I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Even if they didn’t have the items they could have called me, instead of making whatever they desired.
I called the restaurant 3 times! They never picked up and the second time they sent me to voice mail.
My Uber account name is Kay Vincent and I placed my order at like 4:20am (not the exact time but very close to it)
My order was so wrong it almost felt like it was on purpose. Again I received 2 DIFFERENT sausages in my wake up wrap and no egg… How does one even make such a mistake.
If you order from this restaurant make sure to go in person and check your food. Don’t let them waste your time and money like me.

Took 15 minutes to get food and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The croissant was so dry. They need a tip on how to make food fast and taste good from king farm Dunkin. Who has time before work to get coffee and food for 15min. When you figure out how to do it quicker respond and I will come back and update my review.

I ordered a caramel foam cold brew… the employee put whip cream and cinnamon powder on the cold brew. I told her that isn’t cold foam, but she said it was. It’s suppose to be froth milk on coffee, and poured on top of the coffee.

I Ordered two coffees and 2 loaded hashbrowns and first they made a ice coffee instead of my hot coffee and then they forgot that i told them i asked hashbrowns without bacon and they made with Bacon and so i went back to store and told them they gave me a new one . But when i came back home my other coffee which was ice caramel cappuccino cappuccino there was no caramel syrup at all in the coffee this is ridiculous my whole order was wrong. cause of that my whole day went bad that is just messed up.

I ordered online thinking I would avoid the craziness that is the 24 hour Dunkin Baskin on a Friday night, so because I chose to order online I had to sit in the parking lot to wait for my pick up time (30 mins) which I rather do than to wait in line. While I waited I noticed it was starting to get hectic in the store. I only saw one employee putting orders up taking orders making things and I thought to myself wow how will she get to my order. As I saw as minutes went by she kept completing the orders and by the time my pick up time came I went in and realized she was just starting the order. With eagerness I told her that I saw her help all those customers and that I was impressed! Omilia deserves a raise or better yet, promote her to train staff on how to handle the rush and how to deliver. Also please do better at supplying the best products for customers. This location needs more employees like Omilia and better ice cream flavors!
