Their service is getting slow and unhygienic lately, the couple of tables have sticky surface, and so is the floor, one has to wait longer than it should be for QSR outlet, in the morning hours,I did wait for 18 minutes I was there last time , and once longer, the Barista girl first spilled my sugar free hot cappuccino coffee, then she grabbed a dirty towel from a back rack and and wiped my cup, when I asked her to use paper/napkin she said it does not make a difference, on my insisting that how would I sip from a dirty cup, she made a face , snatched back my cup and threw it, what she gave me next was a cold sweetened coffee, I wonder why she made it a point to give me 3 pumps of syrup while she had just made a sugar free coffee, the manager was absent , by the way the napkins were no where in sight, whoever is taking care of this WOODFIELD DUnkin is doing very poor job at training people on ethics or service. No one always has time or energy to tolerate or train them in rushy morning hours.

I never go to this Dunkin. I don't know why I decided to go this morning, maybe because it's get a free medium coffee for teachers and I live right down the block. I walk in and ask for this promotion. The lady stares at me confused. I show her the promotion on the website and she says it needs to be on the app... no it does not it says it on the website. It clearly states not valid on mobile app. Despite her reading what it says she still told me no they are not giving out free coffee to teachers. They look at you like you're stupid and don't know what is going on half the time. I will continue to not go here.

I usually do not complain about the temperature in a place but DAMN! it is cold. The temperature is super cold and take it from someone who loves winter. I am not sure why it is unpleasant to be in the store for that reason. The main thing I did not like is the worker's ability to take their time. The store was completely empty I was the only customer in there and holy molly I got my food between 3-5 business days. The service being so slow make me not want to come to this dunkin donuts anymore. I will for sure get dunkin at another location.

Went around 7am to pick up donuts. The door was closed with staff inside. One of the girls inside yelled we're closed. I asked when the store will open back up. She kept saying we're closed while laughing. Then she proceeded to say it slowly like I didn't understand English. I guess because I'm Asian? All I wanted to know is when the store will open back up. ?♀️

I stopped in here late one night after a date, and the customer service from Melise and Lesley made it all the more memorable. Some of the friendliest people you'll meet, who had no issue remaking a milkshake for my partner when it didn't come out how they wanted it. If ever in need of a late night pit stop, the night crew here will take care of you!

I placed my order at 1am. I grab my order and peek in the bag, eat 1 of the 6 Hashbrowns, and decided 2 order another. I get home and notice my Lg Hot Chocolate is Coffee. I have 2 drive back 2 get it corrected just 2 get home and notice my Sandwich wasn't prepared as I ordered. Does that look like White Cheddar??? Just in there paying NO attention and doing what u wanna do! What really grinds my gears is that it's 1am!!! Like, Who wants 2 keep driving up & down the road 4 ur lack of care! Are these young boys high cuz come on?! How many orders are breezing thru the joint at this time??? This was a total UNNECESSARY inconvenience 2 me and my time but u got paid, Uuugh!
Frequent this location regularly as it's the closest to my home. Even though it's a 24 hour location, you have to go early to get your choice of doughnuts. They do add more later but I don't know when it happens. The only issue I have is the cleanliness of the ordering and dining areas. It always looks dirty. The floor has paper and spills all over the place. The few tables available are always dirty. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated occurrence, it's every visit.
Pathetic place. Open 24x7 but they refused to take our order at 10:45 pm on a Friday evening.

Ordered 9 dozen assorted doughnuts. Got 9 boxes each box had the same type of doughnuts. So instead of an assortment I got only 9 types! Called the store and was told oh just bring them back in, and we will fix it. Not the answer I wanted as I had students who were waiting for doughnuts I asked for a store credit and was told no!

It is not what it once was at all. The donuts are way smaller but yet more expensive, and they never look fresh. The rewards program has actually gotten worse. It is a shame used to love them.
