I walked in to pick up my online order. The employee came from the back with phone in one hand watching a YouTube video and a glove on the other hand. I know I came in early to pick up my food that I made online so I patiently waited. While waiting. I noticed the employee set his phone onto the counter where food is prepared. On the other hand, he had a glove and proceeded to grab the food from the refrigeration unit and build my order. I asked him to change the gloves. He said my glove is clean. I said you were just holding your cell phone. He looked at me condescendingly he then ripped off his gloves. Proceeded to not wash his hands and put on new gloves. Then looked at me and said is that good? I told him you should wash your hands. It's required by the health department. Before putting on new gloves. He prepared the order. There were flies flying around inside the location. Multiple health department violations visually seen. 7/28 7:26p please I hope management can teach him decent simple food safety standards.

So we stopped by on a last minute decision for. Delicious ice cream cone (yes it was 30 degrees, but when an urge hits, it hits hard). Anyway it was roughly 15 minutes before closing and they were out of Rocky Road ice cream so I settled for Chocolate and my wife had butter pecan.
As we started our drive home we realized both flavors were victims of freezer burn. Sadly not the first time I’ve been disappointed at Dunkin’s (maybe you should combine baskin and Dunkin’s). Of course we turned around but the store was closed and we could get our money back.
I think it is ridiculous that something you are known for was so horrible we tossed them. Seriously, your profits won’t be around much longer if you continue to
1). Put profits way ahead of quality 2). Just give anyone a license to sell your product 3). Ignore quality control.
I won’t be back to this location (4 strikes is very generous) regardless of my need for ice cream
Regardless I want my $10 back, I don’t want a credit because I’ll never go back.
My husband and I came and ordered a frozen chai tea latte with oat milk. Some locations will allow you to do a frozen chai and others won’t. Our barista Brahma was fantastic! He was kind and friendly. He said it was his first time making a frozen chai and asked my husband to please taste and make sure it was ok. It was delightful! He did such a great job and made our day!

I just visited this store with a coupon for a free coffee that I received from the Red Cross for donating blood. The coupon reads that it's good for stores in the greater Baltimore area, metropolitan DC, northern VA and Souther Md. I was told by a manager that the coupon wasn't good for this store, in Montgomery County, Md., which to me is clearly part of the metro DC area. I didn't make a fuss, it's just a cup of coffee, but I'm writing the review because the manager clearly didn't want to give out a $2 cut of coffee. I'm sure the coupon was good, but even if it wasn't, they could have taken it for some goodwill. Make of this what you will.

I went there today dec 29 3pm and wanted to order a drink, the kid who works there, short chubby guy with short hair, kept saying they didnt have the drinks i wanted and said the machine was broken when it was actually working because they were making drinks for others. This kid had a real attitude problem and was being very rude for no apparent reason made hateful comments. I wanted to report him to his supervisor but there was no one to be found there never is. Wouldnt come here if i were you!

Very rude staff with nasty argumentative behavior! They were busy discussing ordering their dinner from Chipotle instead of making customer’s drink correctly! Latte milk warmed up in a paper cup instead of correctly done in a steel cup. Asking Customer to leave while I was waiting on my paid drink. Definitely report this location to health department!
