Do not order ahead at this location. I have ordered a head multiple times here and they always take forever. On 2 occasions I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes for my order and it never came up. I went to the cashier and was told both times that they need to remake and someone probably stole it. How is the possible when I arrived at the exact time it said it would be ready? It’s so irritating that they don’t check on their customers and they never offer any incentive for these issues. I’m going to take my business elsewhere. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time this occurred but now it seems to be all the time?

I found a bunch of eggshells in my sandwich and a weird long brown thing that did not look like my meat. Needless to say wont be ordering from here again and I feel physically Ill. I recommend anyone not to eat from here.

As soon as we walked in all the workers were so friendly! We had never been yo einstein bagels before, so they walked us through how to order what we wanted.

Our food was great and the pretty guy with the green eyes made me the BEST iced chai I’ve ever had in my life!! I was hesitant to get it because I’m picky about my chai but he made me a 10/10 drink

This Einstein used to be my go-to breakfast spot. This is my 2nd time being disappointed with the food & customer service. I went in about 2 weeks ago maybe 30 minutes before close and the lady at the counter gave off an attitude while taking my order. Today I go in & there’s just guys (one big & bald & the other light skin with dreads or twist) in the front laughing & joking around, with a rude demeanor, no customer service, greeting, nothing. I ordered the brisket/cheddar jalepeno sandwich & they literally sprinkled the brisket on the sandwich. There’s barely any meat & my hash brown was still cold in the middle. The worst part is I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to go back in. Just won’t be eating it. Beyond disappointing!!

Marketing photos shows the bagel sandwiches with two eggs. It only comes with one. (We ordered the Texas Brisket and the Maple French Toast.)

The amount of meat on my brisket sandwich was laughable. This now happened twice (ordered a week ago). They didn't even bother to spread the sauce. They just plopped it in the middle. I gave them a call to see if they could make it right and they didn’t even answer the phone, I phoned twice. Not ordering anymore from here, it's not worth it.

Every time I order a bagel from here they put barley any cream cheese. It's basically bread and when I call and ask to please put what I laid for on my bagel I get no answer. They completly ignore any call. I also just noticed a review of others complainjg about the sane thing. Lol wow. It's such an easy fix. Talk to your employees. I'll remove review when you guys give me bagels with cream cheese

Ordered avocado veg out which should include below;
Smashed avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, spinach, lettuce and Garden Veggie Cream Cheese Shmear on a fresh-baked Sesame Seed Bagel. Includes Sea Salt Chips.

No cream cheese, quality and quantity of spreads are worst.

What for are we paying for $7.79 when things are provided for the ones it should be.

Being from NJ this is the best bagel place I’ve found so far in MD!! I got the garden avocado on a garlic bagel with American chs and an apple pie pastry. The women helping me greeted us when we arrived and was so kind! Warmed up the apple pastry when we asked. Was very quick service and the food was really tasty! Will definitely be coming back.

When I left, there was no thank you or goodbye. My cucumbers were cut thick as hell meaning it was a rush job. Bagel wasn't cut through. Highly disappointed in my experience.

One of the workers walked while I was waiting for my food, he didn't bother to wash his hands. He proceeded to cook eggs. His clothes were dirty. He's handling food and shouldn't be allowed to work with dirty, clothes on.
