Very bad experience on a Saturday morning. Customer service skills are very bad. Both manager and the service person. They said slicer is broken and cannot slice my order as requested. Cream cheese was not included as ordered. Treated poorly when they see me.Train them to treat all customers equal.

I love coming here, I always get the same thing and for the most part I enjoy the food, drinks and service. However there is one worker I have had a couple encounters with and she is the rudest thing I have come across at this location. She seems to have no customer service training and if so, needs some immediate support so that she may improve. Also, when it comes to Uber and doordash I always have a problem. Something is always missing from my order without fail and it seems like the workers there are not making sure the drivers have everything. It is highly inconvenient.

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive at your Einstein Bros. Bagels location. I stop by almost every morning before work, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and efficient .They often know my order before I even place it.

In particular, I want to recognize Malik. He is consistently professional, kind, and helpful, and his commitment to customer service is truly top-tier. While all of your staff are wonderful, Malik definitely stands out.

Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service; I would absolutely recommend this location.

This store. is AMAZING!!! whatever I am at Gathersbug I come here for their Spinach Florentine babel. i ami'm never disappointed. The store manager Malik is friendly and super helpful. I Love coming here. Thank you guys!!!
