These same young Ladies and Gentlemens for many months continue to consistently provide FIRST CLASS service politely and respectfully to everyone. Like Angels. Seriously though, where else can you say that? Three professional staff are as consistent as the BAGELS & SMEAR are fresh and tasty. VERY FREE PLACES LEFT you can get BAGELS & SMEAR & LOX and a SMILE from the SAME STELLAR STAFFER. Off there is a line it moves fast so try to be ready. Tables outside for seated dining, inside is standing room only. allegedly there is free Wi-Fi however in really not in that that long to even use it because these folks is freaky-fast and i say freaky because they are spot-on accurate, Like Angels. It's all good here, the cinnamon rolls could stand more of that delicious cream cheese icing but i came here for bagels of goto 'Cinnabomb' for those, (Hint: More icing, please, thanks.). I have traveled around this country for the past 12 years as a Hotel Task Force Manager and have enjoyed Einstein Bros Bagels almost every morning that I've traveled between locations if one were an option and this location was THE MOST DISGUSTING I've ever step foot into. I can forgive a morning rush if that was the case but I walked in at 9am as the only customer to 2 young ladies at the "Order Here" counter, one strolling through her cellphone and the other sitting on a stool actually talking on the phone. I was never greeted with a "Good Morning" or "Welcome" despite my cheerful greeting. I wasn't even asked "What can I get for you today?", It was on me to start ordering. I ordered my bagel sandwich and a small coffee and attempted to find clean table, there were only 3. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and the sink was so nasty, I almost didn't want to touch it. The toilet needed to be clean, empty box of seat covers, and the tissue was on the baby changing table. I chose to just use my hand sanitizer in my bag. When I came out, I saw there was a 3rd young lady working who must have been in the back. I went to the coffee station to fill my cup, there was debris all over the counter the dispensers weren't filled and there was no regular coffee in the 3 regular coffee urns that were on the counter. As a sat to eat my food and attempt to work on my computer, I found that there was no wifi and I saw there was also a gentleman working. And while there actually may have been wifi available to customers, the staff seemed so unwelcoming, I didn't care to ask about it. I walked in during a downtime, with 4 people working, there was no reason this restaurant should have been this filthy and uninviting.

When they get your order right, it's great. Generally friendly to customers, but they are often understaffed and arguing with each other for all to see. Will I go back? Yes, entertainment and bagels!

I walk in and give my order and the worker says “ sorry could you repeat” 3 times. I gave this girl my order 3 TIMES. And she repeats back my order after the 3 times. I pay and I wait to get my food. I leave and jump in my car after waiting like 15 minutes for 1 sandwich just for my order to be WRONG. I asked for a ham and swiss with lettuce tomato and mayo. I open my bag for it just to be an egg bagel.

We tried to dine in. We just stood and ate our bagel. I usually get a hot sandwich and enjoy it on a bagel. My work partner met me at this location and there were no tables or chairs. Since I didn’t want to eat a hot sandwich on my lap I just got a bagel. The bagel was barely okay. My co worker got one and when we went to get coffee there were no napkins in 2 of the napkin holders. We did find a napkin over near the side door. They had no dark roast coffee in the pots. So we had to get medium as it was the only coffee pot with coffee in it. This was at 7:30am. When they brought my peer his bagel they threw the bag in front of the pot on the counter which had wet coffee on it. So now he had a wet paper holder for his bagel. I’ll surely never go to this Einstein again.

3rd time I came here to pick up food & I'm missing food, Nobody informed me about the hashbrowns being sold out & the lady that was making the food was rude about it when confronted regarding the order. Atleast the guy at the register was nice enough to apologize and offered me a bagel or something to make up for the inconvenience... L for the lady, W for the guy.
I saw a roach in the food prep area, the service is slow and they do not have any chairs to sit. I cannot stand these people losing my order

I usually love Einstein's but I'll never go back to this location. They removed all the seating so everything has to be taken out. The place was dingy and messy... looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. Service was slow... and my Nova Lox on a "plain bagel" turned out to be a cheese bagel but by the time I'd opened it I was already driving away.Einsteins should either shape this one up or shut it down... its an embarrassment to the name.

Beware of the online ordering! I placed an order a few days ago and they overcharged me. I tried to call and send the email, but they never got back to me….The food is good but customer service is terrible!

I am writing about the Einstein on Quince Orchard Road not the on that used to be on Montgomery Village Ave and is closed permanently. I think their bagels are very good and more "authentic " than other places around here. They have a good selection and rarely run out of any of them. Their coffee is just the way I like it, not strong and mud-tasting like some of the popular places in the area. Sometimes it takes long for sandwiches but maybe if they had some indoor seating where you could wait it wouldn't seem so bad.

I used to come here all the time when it opened and hadn't been here in a while. I was shocked. People used to have work meetings, families used to come for breakfast but now there's no inside sitting. Employees treat you like what do you want type of attitude. I didn't like it and I loved Einstein bagels and it's concept . Ugh . If it was my business I'd run it differently.
