Terrible service, the baleadas with chicken, barely with 2 pieces of chicken and raw
I ordered 6 pupusas and they gave me without sauce or curtido. The girls who serve also had terrible service. I do not recommend it.

The food was very good for 2 chickens and 2 drinks $72.42 and the waitress didn't even ask if the breast or leg was badly served.

The food here is average at best and overpriced for what you get. It's clear why there are so few customers. However, the service is outstanding—10/10. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and checks on you constantly.

Unfortunately, there was a major issue that ruined our experience and is the reason we won't be returning, especially after 5 PM. While waiting for our food, a man walked into the restaurant—a Hispanic man with a lot of tattoos who looked like a gang member—and started asking us for money. There were only three tables occupied at the time, but it was extremely unsettling. I wouldn't have minded if he was asking outside, but allowing someone to come inside and bother customers like it's normal is unacceptable.

This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and it will be our last time dining here. If management doesn't address this, I'd recommend avoiding this place altogether.

The bean and cheese pupusas are only sold with beans.

I went with my husband to this restaurant and, although the food was good, there was one detail that left us dissatisfied. They charged the tip directly to our account without notifying us or consulting us, which we found unprofessional.

We understand that tipping is important, but we also believe that it should be a customer's decision, not an imposition. This affected our experience and makes us think twice before returning.

I would recommend the restaurant inform customers of this charge in advance or leave it as optional to avoid inconvenience.

IN MY OPINION BUYING HERE WAS NOT A GOOD OPTION TO BE HONEST THE ORCHATA FRESHES THEY GAVE ME WERE LIKE POSOL AND THE CHICKEN WITH SLICE BETTER NOT TO TALK ?

Bad experience to not return, everything too expensive and apart from the tip at their discretion and be careful they run out of the avocado that I barely saw with glasses, and the chicken with slices comes with everything not separately

It was my first time eating here. I ordered a chop and it was about a 4oz piece, half my hand, it was delicious but expensive. I don't recommend montucas, they are just sugar. I ordered a tamale and a montuca and they gave me two montucas. The RES soup, that was delicious.
