Great atmoshere, high-end stylish dining room, comfortable seating. The salmon dish was delicious and a large portion. The spinach rice side dish was so delicious! The Ravini Politiko, coconut cake was the best I ever ate! The Thalissina, seafood pasta had plenty of seafood in it and delicious. We’ve been to Ela 3 times now and the food and service has been exceptional.
From the 1st visit when George Papaevangelou greeted us and took care of our dog Meredith sitting outside, to the 2nd and 3rd time where Dimitri behind the bar gave us tips on where to stay in Crete. We found our neighborhood restaurant and I give it 4 STARS.
Start off with Zucchini Chips as an appetizer . They know how to fry. Or get the Fried Sardines as a special!!!

Today I decided to try the new sit down Greek Restaurant by me, Ela Mesa Taste of Greece. My expectations were high considering this is Montgomery County a mecca of restaurants. Well let me tell you this place even exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is small yet beautifully decorated with Ancient Greek murals, gold accents for the lights and the flowers on the wall.
