Just finished a fantastic meal here! The service was friendly and prompt; we loved meeting our waitress Kathia. We had the salmon, sea bass, and chicken kebab for our mains with the hummus and pita plus the shrimp as appetizers. All were delicious and with hearty portions. We will be coming back!

El Mesa has amazing food and the atmosphere is great indoors or out. Overlooking Performers Park at Spectrum Town Center, you get a music show along with your dinner. I was served by Katya who went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable (I’m in a wheelchair.) so, if you crave authentic Mediterranean this is the restaurant for you!

We came here on a Sunday evening entering just before the dinner rush. Very happy with the menu. Our three dishes - the Pastitsio, roast lamb special and chicken skewers - were well prepared and tasty. Service was welcoming, attentive and friendly.
Two considerations that lost a star. It was very noisy with other conversations and the music making our own conversation a bit strained. And the table was very sticky - although it did appear to be very clean - so sticky that we had to wrench our utensils and glasses to pick them up. Witnessed an unfortunate take-out customer struggle with lifting their bags off another table. We thought the bottom of the bag was going to tear. Our suspicion was that they may be using a cleaning product that is affecting the finish on the tabletops.

It’s only 5stars here but if there was 10 I’ll put 10 . Everuthing was good. The waitress Kathia also gives us good service.

I had more negative feelings after lunch here than positive ones. 1) the food was quite tasty and the wait was short 2) the outdoor area and inside the restaurant were quite clean 3) the tables outside to the right of the entrance were without umbrellas, it started to rain a little and we had nothing to cover ourselves with. 4) the shrimp were not served completely peeled, it was inconvenient to do this because of the sauce. 5) the water served to us tasted disgusting, apparently it was from the tap. 6) all the drinks were served at once, without confirming this. my beer became warm while I was waiting for the shrimp. 7) my dish was tasty 8) the steak was dry and lacked salt.9) 4 different menu pretty hard to find something. They should make book designed menu .

90 dollars for the worst food ever. What a waste of money. Pick another place to spend your hard earned money.

We just moved to the area and were trying local restaurants and this place was incredible. Both the quality and quantity of food was great for the price and the drinks were great. Servers were very attentive as well. We will definitely be returning!
