Such a cute, aesthetic place tucked away in what I call the ‘dessert corner’ of RIO! Lots of dairy-free options in addition to regular gelato, and a good selection of toppings to choose from as well.

I like the customizable Gelato options. I dipped a tiramasu Gelato pop into white chocolate with oreo crumble and it was really good. Only thing is the floor was dirty and sticky...hence the 4 stars instead of the 5 but they give you customizable options and they also have sugar free options.

I was excited to try Fantasticks at Rio Lakefront because the display of ice creams looked truly eye-catching and fun. Unfortunately, the flavor I chose wasn’t as impressive as the presentation. The pistachio gelato had no pistachio taste at all — it reminded me of children’s medicine rather than a nutty gelato. The one redeeming factor was the generous amount of toppings they put on top. Overall, while the ice creams look stunning in the case, the flavor I tried left me...
