Nice atmosphere. The food I had was so-so. The breakfast sandwich I ordered tasted good but it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. My friend said his burger and loaded potato were very good. My sandwich came with “breakfast potatoes,” which were half potatoes/half peppers, which I can't eat. Menu just said potatoes. Also the menu had English breakfast tea listed specifically, which I was told they no longer serve. These are just minor things but I mention them to point out that their menu is not accurate. I will say that our server, Justin, was great. He checked on us throughout the meal. Very friendly.
Most of my friends from out of town loved their menu selections - the only criticism was that the eggs were a bit dry....but the meat was on point., We had a large party - all hungover from my 60th birthday party the night before- and your staff did a great job taking care of us.
Firebirds has had some issues lately but they seemed to have gotten their act together. Last night was excellent!!!!
I've been coming here regularly for more than 5 years and with good reason. This place is about 7 minutes from my home and never disappoints. Shout out to my server last night, Gage. He was so sweet and professional, did a great job.
I have been to Firebirds several times over the last few years and have always experienced great food, service and atmosphere each time.

I ordered the smoked wings as an entree for my kids and since the bones were baked they broke in my mouth and unfortunately stabbed me in the top part of my mouth. Also, I ordered the prime rib and aged rib eye and they were ehhh...... My kids chicken tenders were probably the best item.
The waitress was friendly, attentive and very responsive! The food was good but a tad pricey. I think that the prices increased since I was last there. I didn't order off of the brunch menu, but we did look at it. There were no pancakes??? I saw French toast but I also don't remember seeing any waffles???
We haven't been in a long time but had an awesome time with our friends. Will be returning soon. The food and drinks were delicious ❤️❤️❤️❤️100
I am allergic to any type of spices in my food. Sadly, during a past visit I ordered a BLT, only to discover it was laced with a pronounced, spicy undertone and rendered the dish inedible for me. The staff was gracious and accommodating. On my most recent visit (8/16), I ordered the familiar BLT potato soup and to my dismay, the soup arrived saturated with such intense spice that even a single spoonful made me feel ill. Spice, once a rarity, now dominates most of your dishes and for those with sensitivities like mine, this change is disappointing. However, I remain grateful for the warmth and courtesy of the staff.
Enjoyed our dinner out Steak was excellent. Served was very attentive. We enjoyed our meal and our experience.

We were celebrating a birthday and came with wrapped gifts. We were seated promptly, and the restaurant was not busy. We were waited on expeditiously and the food came quickly. The dishes were cleared and the check was placed on the table. We were not offered a dessert menu, coffee, or any acknowledgment that we were celebrating. We remained at the table for 3 hours visiting among the group. I appreciated that we were allowed to linger, but not once were we asked if we wanted anything else. No water service, no up selling, nothing. So, if you are looking for a quick meal this is the place for you. If you are looking to be taken care of, checked on, and offered any additional service, look elsewhere. I have dined here before with a different experience. It was hinted at that there were some new rules in place. If this is the result, it's a shame.
As always, Firebirds provided a wonderful meal for us and our two French grand-nieces. My only complaint is that the noise seems to be getting louder every month or two. Even on a Wednesday, Firebirds was like a sports bar on a weekend. Can something be done to absorb a bit more of the noise? Could one corner be insulated to make that area quieter. Otherwise, everything was just fine.
We asked if it was noisy outside and were told not really but a bit of road noise. It was bad with loud cars throughout . Also very buggy. The staff was missing most of the time. We did not get napkins or set ups. I had to ask for cocktail napkins as our drinks were sweaty and sliding around. The meals were served with forks in plates but we had to ask for other flatware like knives and napkins. These came halfway through the meal. No water refills. When we asked for the check someone new came out and asked us if this was our check. Ok we did move tables but we're the only 4 top on the patio. The lettuce in my salad tasted like the plastic bag I assume it came in. I have eaten here before with much better experiences.
My first time dining here with a friend and it surpassed my expectations. Both steaks (a filet & a sirloin) cooked perfectly to order and both were tender and juicy. Veggies were cooked crisp, not over done, Caesar salad was made with freshly pared Parmesan, and the lemon cake (for my birthday) was a real treat. We will definitely be back!
We went before the lunch crowd came there. We were given a broken high chair, but they were accommodating and gave us a new one. The service was impressive. Our only complaint was that the lemonade had forgotten sugar. Otherwise, our food was wonderful.
