This restaurant in Gaithersburg is going down every time I go.The service is just disgusting. ?I came by myself to get dinner. The front desk person was not there for a while !When came back she said I can’t sit on the dinner area because It was just me ?She said I better sit at the bar side. I did ?Then I sit and no waiter/waitress showed up in a looong time to get my order, so I asked the front desk if someone could take my order. Then she finds someone to come and take my order, but she wasn’t the waitress. She said the waitress is busy on the other side of the restaurant . After a long time I got my wine but it was the wrong order. Then the real waitress came with such an attitude. There was a couple who sat at the bar side too after me. The waitress put bread on their table but never on mine.The WiFi does not work at all.Meanwhile, the front desk was full of people and the person was again not there for a long time.I got up and search for the front desk person and asked her where’s the manager. She went to find the manager, but the manager was not anywhere around. I just left . Disgusting ?Now I understand as I always say. How is the head is the tail.Maybe the company is going down? The manager sucks? They need more waiters? The waiters hate their job? It’s offensive to go dinner by yourself?NEVER AGAIN FIRE BIRDS ?

The service is always top-notch, and the servers all seem to love their job, and it shows. The management cares about its customers and always ensures your dining experience is the best. This restaraunt is very well managed. Food, drink and service was exceptional.
I absolutely love to eat Fireside every chance I get. This time was the best experience!! I got the smokehouse chicken sandwich, and let me tell ya. It was juicy, crunchy, and nice and fresh. My fries were some of the best I've ever had!! I would recommend eating here. I'll be back when we get a chance to. I hardly ever go out and finish a plate, but this time was different. I just couldn't get enough of this!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

Great discounted appetizers and drinks.Parking: Lots of spaces
This has become one of my favorite places now as the food and the service is always excellent. Marty (our Server ) was so good that have never seen a Server so attentive every step of the way. From explaining the specials, to his favorite dishes to customer favorite was all put on the table. He was there to refill our glasses even before we could ask him. Bringing our take away boxes and packing the food away was done with a smile always. I had to talk to the Manager and Ra Ra ( I think that's what everyone calls him ) and tell him how wonderful Marty was. Usually , the Managers are always happy to hear that but I think he got a bit emotional as ( I bet) he thought I was going to complain. He was so happy that he even packed a soup for me to enjoy. Thank you Ra Ra . Now you have a repeat customer for showing so much respect to me too. I do not drink but the bar area is so beautiful . Love their decoration. We have already planned to go back again. Good Job Guys. Each and everyone of you starting from the busboy to the line cook to the Chef to the host. It is all a collective process.
