I would give it five stars if I could!! There are sooo many vegan options, just about as many as the non vegan options. The vegan menu is separate and clearly labeled. Staff/owners are so friendly, too. Prices are reasonable. There is indoor and outdoor seating available, and plenty of parking on site. Definitely recommend this place- it's my favorite place to get vegan food in Gaithersburg.
They don't only sell food... they sell LOVE. That's good for the tummy and the mood 🥰
An entire vegan menu!!! So many subs to choose from! My childhood fave Italian and it tastes just how I remember it.
Reuben Burger was fantastic.
Got the vegan chorizo and onion rings. AMAZING!!! Will definitely come back. LOVE this place and soooo many vegan options. I am not vegan but love eating that way for my blood pressure. Thank you Firehouse!!! YALL ROCK!!!

It's very difficult to get a pastrami sandwich in this area and they make an awesome sandwich

so happy to have stumbled across this little gem. i had half of a vegan italian sub and half of a vegan beef steak. both were incredible. staff were friendly and kind. they have outdoor tables which were very nice to sit to eat and enjoy the sunshine.
They have a vegan menu! Order the Italian or turkey avocado! Fries are delicious! My new favorite place! The vegan meats are flavorful and filling.

One of the best vegan sandwich shops I’ve ever been to. The owner is excellent and she always greets you with the best attitude. I’ve never had a bad experience here. 10/10
A great find! Lots of typical deli choices on the vegan menu. The breakfast options are always available. Friendly staff. And some fun/unusual drink options too. Easy to get to, with covered/shaded picnic tables on the patio.

The vegan Italian was SO good and fresh. Came all the way from DC to try as I’ve been craving a classic sub and vegan ones are hard to come by. Will definitely be coming back!
