Love the Firehouse Melt. Family owned, they take special care to vent your container so your fries stay crisp. They have picnic tables in the summer, otherwise you should get your order to go as it's very small inside with just a few barstools.

Classic local mom & pop deli spot with a whole vegan menu!! Best vegan options in Gaithersburg. I have been frequenting this spot for over a year and I've tried everything on the vegan menu. All of the options are delicious and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Hard to choose a favorite (too many yum options) but the veg chorizo wrap and chipotle chikn sub are always solid options. They also have a great variety of drinks and snacks to pair with the food. Must try!!

One of the best deli shops I’ve ever been to, the owner is extremely friendly and puts a lot of love and care into her food. I’ve never had a bag experience and they always have a wide selection from vegan options to meat options and the chip and drink selection is robust. I love this place and I wish I could go here every day

Tasty food served with a smile. Luckily discovered they serve vegan sandos like a Reuben, meatball sub, Italians, and more and they are incredible. I'll be coming out for hidden treasure more.

I love this place. The owners are very nice and the food amd service are top notch! They have many vegan and vegetarian options and they will have you second-guessing if they could actually be vegan because they are so close to the animal version.
I've gotten the buffalo chicken, the Reuban and the Italian hoagie and all were amazing and a great value for the price. I even got the fries once and they were crispy and tasty, almost like fast food fries.
If you're in the area, you need to stop here. In a time where many places are limiting or eliminating their vegan options, Firehouse Deli continues to keep their delicious options. (I need to be in the area for breakfast sometime, as these options look great, too!)
The atmosphere is very lo key but in the warmer months, there is outside seating, or you could have a picnic at one of the many parks nearby.

The owners are always so nice and the wife is always so easant and goes above and beyond for the customers. I really love this place the sandwiches are made with love and expertise. Highly recommended

Delicious comfort food but pricey. Thank you for the vegan menu. Got 3 items (10.98 ea) + 2 drinks (3.00 ea) = 47.00 tax included. I actually think they overcharged or maybe they charge a credit card fee idk. Pics: Chickensteak, Southwest Wrap and V Italian

I would give it five stars if I could!! There are sooo many vegan options, just about as many as the non vegan options. The vegan menu is separate and clearly labeled. Staff/owners are so friendly, too. Prices are reasonable. There is indoor and outdoor seating available, and plenty of parking on site. Definitely recommend this place- it's my favorite place to get vegan food in Gaithersburg.

They don't only sell food... they sell LOVE. That's good for the tummy and the mood 🥰

An entire vegan menu!!! So many subs to choose from! My childhood fave Italian and it tastes just how I remember it.
