I’ve been coming to First Watch for many years and I always come back because the food is honestly some of the best breakfast you can get when dining out.
My only issue, and unfortunately it’s been consistent, is the service. Every time I visit, the service falls well short of expectations. I spent years working in the restaurant industry as a server, bartender, and manager, so I know how much difference good service can make. I’ve always believed that you should give your best to every table because you never know who you’re serving, and great service is just as important as great food in creating a positive dining experience.
I’m not writing this review just to complain. I’ll continue coming back because I truly love the food. I just hope they focus more on improving the overall customer experience to match the quality of what’s coming out of the kitchen.

Fast and good food, better if you do reservation on line.
It was packed! Very hard to navigate crowd waiting at door to get to our table, especially for people with mobility issues/ canes, walkers, wheelchair. Food was good, pricey. Service was average. Overcharged for an extra coffee we didn't have, but it was also difficult to check out as that was in the same congested entry area and I didn't notice until after paid & in car.
We have been to other first watch restaurants and the layout and flow has been better; as well as the food & service. This one is just very congested and tight feeling, with people on top of people.

Franklin was my server today. He was excellent! Kind, prompt, re-appeared at the perfect times. I noticed he was in other areas helping to serve other guests. He provided great service this afternoon. What a great employee! Thank you for such great service!
