I have visited various First Watch locations, this one is my least favorite. I joined their NoWait list, this is not a reservation rather it adds you to the waiting list. I checked in after a table of 3 added their name to the list. There was a 2 top waiting to be seated, but I am almost certain I added myself to list before they walked in, as I was in my car joining the list while they were parking.As far as my understanding of the app goes,I should have been seated before both parties. Otherwise, what is the point of using Nowait? Instead, I had to wait.My issue is with the host, that knew she should not have given the 3 top my table. She instead offered the community table after I had been waiting for 5 minutes. She then LIED and said I walked in 3 minutes after the 3 top. The gentleman in the group who reserved the table held the door open for me. I was waiting behind him before he placed his reservation.I was sat at a 4 top, I have no idea why I wasn't seated after I checked in. I will not be coming back to this location. Every visit seems chaotic. I had a great experience at the Annapolis location and they know how to properly use the app.I'd also like to add that my server Arianna did a fantastic job. I found it ironic that the host could pronounce Arianna but not Ariene.

The Best experience ever and all thanks to the best service at this place.I Normally don’t name people in my reviews but this time I will, Candace who served us and made us feel like we are in one of those 7 star restaurants.Candace was so Polite, Professional, and knew all about the food.Her recommendation was amazing like she knew what I will like. This is my first time coming to this place. I have came her with my girlfriend for a Valentines day out and this waiter Franklin was so helpful as he was always checking up on us to see how we are doing and if we needed anything. He was busy but me and my girlfriend totally understand about restaurant business being hard fast pace environment and we like to be easy going customers compared some others who are difficult to deal with. Anyways Franklin you did a great job helping us out and we hope to see you again on our next visit!!!!!

I’ve been to this place on multiple occasions & every single time I try to go again ( with friends & family ) it gets worse. Every single time without fail there is dirty silverware & dirty cups. When I point out that I would like plastic silverware instead of regular ( & show the waiter/waitress ) they give me attitude for the remainder of the visit. Food arrives in a timely manner but COLD every single time. God forbid you ask for it to be remade because it’s cold, you’re gonna get even more attitude. Food lacks flavor aswell unfortunately. David was my latest server & he came to get our order, I pointed out the dirty silverware, then he immediately caught a new attitude. He visited the table maybe twice? He would not check back in unless we waved him down. wouldn’t recommend. Save your money :)

Me and my friend went there for brunch on a Sunday. We both were returning customers. We both are pregnant and craving their side potatoes along their Belgian waffles. Unfortunately for us, they didn't have waffles, and our potatoes were forgotten throughout the meal. Our server was not good at all. To start with, he was throwing stuff at tables, forgetting orders, and bringing the check along with our meal. We had to remind him what dishes he forgot he didn't bother updating the check, so we had to remind him to fix that as well. The food was delicious, had the pancakes, chicken salad bowl, and the sharing mini donuts. We got our burned cold potatoes last, and we couldn't even touch it. After all, we had a good breakfast, and that could have been better.

A must go for breakfast/Lunch. the waiting can be little frustrating if you do not plan well ahead. get in line at least 45 mins earlier than you arrive at the restaurent in the weekend. I don't think walk-ins have any luck getting a table here. that should tell you how good of a place this is. food is always good as well as service. our server was very attentive and caring. She made sure everyone got their order right and any other drinks. I am a big fan of their kale tonic. Veggie burger could use a little more taste but still no regrets. will be back many more times.keep up the good work folks!!
