The people have to training. No situational awareness. They see you coming but ignore you until u say something to pickup order.

My burger was a little warm. Not hot. How do you cook a warm burger? It did nor have any meat flavor. Just tasted like salt. This is the third time I have had this poor experience since 5 has been sold. Just sad.

Burgers, fries and milkshakes. That pretty much sums up the menu for five guys. They make absolutely fresh fries and also burgers. So in that sense the stuff is delicious 😋.

I stumbled on this undiscovered gem right in our neighboorhood. After my meal, I was knocked into a food coma. This was one of the best mouth-watering steaks I've had grace my taste buds in a long time. I was happy to see how clean everything was. The decor was unique and incredible. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Is our $40/ week frequent meal not deserving of a decent bag to ensure the food gets to our house safely? I should’ve paid more attention as well - all I noticed was the guy making a look at the other staff (lady) and looking at my bag while packing. I thought nothing of it, now I see. Would a 60-80 cent bag hurt the bottom line one time? I guess so. Makes us feel greatly appreciated choosing this place instead of going to Rio.
