After going to Home Depot we were starving so goggled chicken and this placed looked good . The menu was confusing. I saw $13.99 for a 2 piece which about the going price in the area . Then I realized to add two sides brought it to $21.50??? I am almost laughed at$3:30 for a fountain coke Sorry at that point I will go to a regular restaurant . Need to re-evaluate pricing. This is a run down strip mall in Gaithersburg . We are not in Paris France !

Friday 12/8/2023 After seeing the great reviews on yelp and google I instantly added this place to my list with high expectations. I saw Uber eats offering BOGO free deals so I knew that it was time to finally visit. I made a takeout Uber eats order and got the BOGO free double chicken leg quarters lemon & herb $13.90, BOGO free seasoned rice 4.69$, and Peri fries 4.89$. The chicken was okay but I couldn't really taste any of the flavor from the lemon herb so it was kind of plain. To counter the plain taste I had to add some ketchup to get more flavor out of the chicken. The seasoned rice was terrible and the taste was awful. The peri fries were solid for the most part. The house sauce wasn't good and didn't help to enhance the taste of the chicken. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing and underwhelming experience but luckily I was able to utilize Uber eats for the BOGO free deals and not full price for each item.

This place was really clean and the food was great. I got the chicken wings. Spinach, and rice. The sauce was amazing and everything tasted great. Will go here again.

Honestly this review has been long due. When I first learned that Galito's was opening up in the area, I was super excited! A friend of mine tried Galitos overseas and raved about it and when I first tried them, I understood why. Best chicken ever, very well seasoned, juicy and cooked to perfection. I've tried almost everything on the menu and have no complaints at all. They have never disappointed and I always recommend Galito's to anyone who asks me what's good around the area.

Nandos you better watch out because you have stiff competition. So just a little history we have a restaurant called Gallitos in Africa, same concept chicken french fries but this one has just a little bit more sides on the menu. I pulled up to the restaurant and walked in , the smell of the spices is just amazing you can instantly smell the lemon and herb. Everything you order is made fresh here so you are rest assured that the chicken has not been sitting out for long. The gentleman I met behind the counter was very welcoming and he explained the whole menu to me. The chicken came out in under seven minutes as promised and this is the most tasty chicken you'll ever have with the Portuguese twist.

We have been to this place a few times, we like it better than Nandos.The grilled chicken is delicious, reasonably priced. The Galibowl is our favorite, if you get it during weekday lunch, less than $10, great value.Friendly and fast service. Very clean place, the restroom as well.More people should know about this place.
