Gardenia’s Cafe

I was happy to stumble upon this place. It had a few vegan options so I decided to try it. The place was welcoming and clean. Staff was very nice and pleasant. The vegan omelette was recommended and was great. The potatoes that came with were crispy crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The omelette was fantastic too. Based on a chickpea batter "egg" with fillings of your choice.

Experience Gardenia’s Cafe for the first time and it was a 10 out of 10 experience with great food, service, and cleanliness. Will definitely return again.

My friend and I came here for a coffee, which was amazing (for a change). The very nice lady behind the counter told us about their home made food and got us interested in their sourdough pizza. It turned out to be delicious! We learned that the lady actually bakes herself and her mom helps her as a host and a server. They really made us feel at home in a family atmosphere. They even gave us a delicious chocolate cupcake to try. Overall, this was a rare experience and one of the best lunches I’ve had in a while. I highly recommend Gardenia’s Cafe.

This place was amazing! Food, service and establishment was excellent. First time eating here with my family and they had a nice selection for the kids and plenty to select for the adults! When we arrived there wasn't a wait and got our meals relatively quickly. We will be making this our go to Cafe place.

This place is great! They are so nice and attentive. The food is delicious and home made. People were hanging out at communal tables and getting to know one another. Great brunch atmosphere and experience! If you're looking for somewhere to take family out friends, this is the place!

What can I add to the amazing reviews of this place that hasn’t already been said? It’s an incredible find - a true gem.

The staff are so kind. Like the sort of kind I thought might not exist anymore. Just so warm and friendly and welcoming. They walked me through the menu and recommended the heuvos rancheros, which I ordered, along with a latte. Then they brought me a complimentary coffee cake muffin since it was my first time in!

The food is superb, and I rarely use that word, as I can be a bit of a critic, but truly it’s superb. Every piece of the heuvos rancheros was homemade and you could taste the difference. It’s blows any hot DC brunch spot out of the water - try and find out.

Latte was excellent. Muffin was fresh, light, and moist. Everything is organic. Everything is fresh.

A true five star café. Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gardenia’s Café in Gaithersburg! I ordered the mushroom and onion omelette with white cheddar, perfectly paired with crispy potato hash browns and warm sourdough toast. Every bite was delicious and made with such fresh ingredients. My daughter had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and mozzarella on sourdough, and it was equally exquisite — hearty, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The coffee was top notch too!!

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service was warm and attentive without being rushed. Gardenia’s Café truly knows how to elevate classic breakfast favorites. This will definitely be a regular spot for us!

Each dish is made with love. The food is delicious and made with premium and non-gmo ingredients. If you love sourdough, you’ll love the homemade biscuits, bread, and rolls!! The Ortega family greets all new customers with a smile and remembers their frequent ones. Pick up some cinnamon rolls or biscuits for your co-workers and they’ll be so happy! You’ll love your meal here and want to come back. It’s AMAAAAZING!! We’ll be back!
