I really enjoy eating at gentleman Jim’s. I ordered a steak, which was amazing. Our waitress or server was on top. The manager came by to check to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would definitely refer my friends.I had amazing dining experience. Thanks, gentlemen Jims.

Decided to check out Gentleman Jim's because there was going to be a live band. We took a look at the menu, decided on a burger and a bowl of chili. Both were awesome. We were so pleased with how attentive our waitress was. She made sure we needed nothing. Will be visiting again.

I remember Gentleman Jim's back when it first opened in 1971. Twin Brook Shopping Center on Viers Mill Rd.Moved from Wheaton to Rockville then and went to Gentleman Jim's all the time as did all my friends & family. Drove from Waldorf last night and sorry to say the pizza is just not the same!!! It used to be so good.

Ordered the crab dip and wings(lemon pepper and Buffalo). My friend ordered the crabby fries and wings(spicy BBQ and honey old bay-I think)The crab dip was ok, and so was the crabby fries, spicy BBQand honey old bay. I didn't eat the Buffalo wings but the lemon pepper were ON POINT!??????????The waitress was pleasant.

the pizza has been changed. used to come for the thin flakey crust. now the crust is more like something you'd expect with a frozen pizza. it is literally over a half inch thick. this is not the gentleman jims cavalier pizza they were serving for over 50 years. it's not good. I saw they were offering a gluten free crust for the 10 inch pizza so maybe they have started using a frozen crust for all the pizza. it is a shame, jg used to have the best, most unique, always dependable, pizza. Gentleman Jim's was the first place my family ate at when we moved from Ohio. and the last place we ate after our parents died and our house was sold. I remember it like it was yesterday but that was 1967 and 2017. I suppose all the good things don't last. what a pity.

I'm here for a regular happy hour.The food is excellent. The atmosphere is basic American and although some staff tries to be very helpful in general the service can be spotty.I do highly recommend their Cavalier style pizza!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options although there is no vegetarian section on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Hamburgers and other kid friendly fare.This is a basic neighborhood hangout
