always bad service, bad attitude, owner is disrespectful towards customers, not to mention bad attitude from the daughter. I don’t recommend at all.
great spot for coffee and pastry. i have tried the strawberry and pineapple turnover pastries and the french rolls and loved them all. honestly everything in the store looks delicious so i will keep coming back to try other things.
the staff are very kind and patient.

It’s my brother’s and my favorite bakery. We have been coming here for years now. My brother comes back from college and immediately drives over to GuateBakery to get the cookie with jelly in it. I honestly love everything they have to offer. It’s pretty cheap and you can get a lot of items for 10 dollars.

Excellent Service and Quality of Products
French bread/pirujos is the best, better than the one at the mega mart. The service is not good like almost every Latin place. But I'm going for their pirujos?

The bread was very stale, I bought two different kinds and both were equally stale :(
The bread is very delicious but it goes very quickly. This place does not keep enough product and prefers to sell little. That said, if the customer arrives in the afternoon or is looking for a popular bread, after 12PM and there is nothing. When they call to find out if they will have bread in the next hour or the next day they don't know. With so many years of experience and they don't know what time the bread comes out and they say that their bakers don't arrive at a specific time. Leaves the client out in the open. Like GuateBakery didn't leave the tricks of Guatemala. Dragging inconsistency, lies and the typical “I don't know, sir, come later” attitude in a country where being late is an offense and not at Latin time. If you plan to buy, you have to go with the idea that they will not have what you have in mind. And that's why I will stop consuming and give my money to another bakery. Luck!

Exceptional prices. Great tasting food and sweet breads. Very friendly service. If I lived in the area I’d be coming here everyday for breakfast.

The best Guatemala Bakery in the DMV.....
Amazing sweet bread
We stumbled upon this bakery by accident and were not disappointed. Staff was so friendly and offered suggestions on what to order. We bought a few bakery items to go and our only regret was that we didn’t order more!Excellent pricing as well. We bought 4 pastries and it came out to just over $4.
