Overpriced garage. Ordered a parfait and got one measly gob of fudge. When we asked for more we were told that actually making it a parfait costs even more than the 12$ we already paid. Horrible.

The staff was very friendly and offered samples. They were patient while waiting for customers to choose a flavor. I like that they weighed the ice cream to ensure the scoops were precise. I’m so glad they are opening more locations!!

Absolutely loved my visit to Häagen-Dazs Kentlands! The store was super clean and had such a fun, welcoming vibe. The staff was amazing! Carlos was super kind and helpful while I picked my flavors, and Tatiana, the manager, made the whole experience feel so warm and personal. You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers
I got a small cup with Salted Brown Butter Cookie and Dulce de Leche , both were rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Portion size was perfect too.
What stood out the most was the positive energy in the store everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. I’ll definitely be coming back. This place is a hidden gem in Kentlands!

Came in with my husband on a rainy afternoon and we took medium cups with 2 flavors - that was plenty of ice cream! My cookie dough and dulce de lece were good but not as creamy as I would expected. The lights and loud music were too harsh for my liking but that’s personal preference…the server was really nice though. Will definitely be back.

This is my first time leaving a review in all my life. The workers were so rude and were giving each other wide eyed looks as my friend and I were deciding what to get. Not only that, but when a family walked in they looked at each other, sighed, and said “ugh.” What the heck??? When I decided what to get I asked the young lady working “Could I get a scoop of the cookie dough flavor?” She starred at me and didn’t say a word and after a good awkward 3 seconds she slowly turned to her coworker, who then asked us to repeat ourselves? That was the most awkward and weird 5 minutes of my whole life. Such good ice cream though

Very clean and spacious place. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I had blueberry/lemon sorbet, it was pleasant. And my daughter had new york strawberry cheesecake which was very good. I just wish they had more new flavors like sesame or lavender.
