One girl said are you going to purchase something and I said I didn’t look at the flavors yet as I had to go desperately
Not only did the girl working behind the counter decline me using the bathroom but when I said I’d never come back as a customer she said no problem I don’t care
I’m sure the owner of the store would not care for that “customer service”
If they don’t that’s not a good thing
Do better! Train employees to be more kind as they lost someone who will never be back to spend a penny and will tell others in the community how I was treated☺️

I tried the Midnight Cookies & Cream ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with chunks of cookies. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
The place was clean and well organized, and the service made the experience even better. Nela, the staff member who helped me, was very kind, friendly, and attentive. She made me feel welcome and took the time to help me choose.
Overall, a great spot for ice cream with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Haagen-Dazs always hits the spot The ice cream is super rich and creamy, and the flavors taste real not fake or watered down. I got great customer service too. The workers were friendly, patient, and helped me pick a flavor without rushing. Everything was clean and the vibe was nice. Definitely one of the best places to grab ice cream. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Overpriced garage. Ordered a parfait and got one measly gob of fudge. When we asked for more we were told that actually making it a parfait costs even more than the 12$ we already paid. Horrible.

The staff was very friendly and offered samples. They were patient while waiting for customers to choose a flavor. I like that they weighed the ice cream to ensure the scoops were precise. I’m so glad they are opening more locations!!
