Wow I'm so glad I stopped by here- The food is delicious and Susie is lovely. I came with my toddler and we were able to sample the chicken stew before ordering! The sweet potatos/bell peppers were also delish along with every thing we ordered. Will definitely come again

When I lived in Florida my fiancé and I would frequent healthy options and meal prep services and since we moved back we’ve felt this area lacked a great option like this. The food quality is outstanding the service could not be better. This place is also unique because on top of meal prep services they also offer a fresh bowl service, like a chipotle, but with healthier options. If you’re after protein this is your place!!! If you’re after veggies this place is also packed with options! Get out and support the local community. You won’t regret it. 10/10
