SO DELICIOUS!!!!!! I’m so happy I discovered this hidden gem. The food is absolutely to die for and I love knowing I’m eating clean, healthy food! The owner is also so sweet and teaches you all about nutrition (if you’re curious) which is awesome because I love learning about what I’m putting into my body! This is a weekly treat for me! I recommend to absolutely everyone!
This place is so unique. I found it when I was scrolling one night looking for dairy free food and came across their tik tok. I drove there and was so happy I did because the food is so flavorful without being salty . I also appreciate the unique build your own bowl with so many options to mix and match proteins( which all are created differently, not just grilled but actually different flavor profiles) and the excitement I felt to see quinoa as a grain option was the best. ...
I love this place. The food is fresh and delicious and on the healthier side. The portions are excellent. I’m also a big fan of cava, and say this is comparable, but maybe a tad bit more flavorful. It does cost a few dollars more than Cava, but the amount of protein you get is more as well. The owners are very friendly.
