2 years later and this place is still fantastic. Amy is still there and remembers my son and I and always takes cares of us. She 100% makes us feel like family. The quality of food has gotten better over time and the selection has definitely increased. Sauce bar remains one of the better ones.

Great place to go if you’re looking to get a full with a ton of great food! All the food tasted amazing and the atmosphere of the restaurant was of the charts! Our server Amy was also so helpful and made are experience 10 times better! Would recommend this to place to anyone looking for a relaxing time eating some great food with your friends!

Hot Pot Hero is delicious!

There’s a wide selection of food available to order from an iPad and it is brought out quickly by the staff. I love how the food is not accessible to the public so other patrons are not breathing and touching the food. Their sauce bar is also amazing!

Amy is super attentive and always makes sure that patrons are enjoying themselves. We go here often to indulge on special occasions and also for no special reason at all. It’s a great choice and you’ll leave happy!

My go to hot pot area when I am in the area. Food quality is high and this place is really clean. Main complaint is the ventilation. This restaurant gets really hot with all of the boiling pots. Servers here are really attentive and food comes out quickly.

Great food, great prices, great people! The sauce bar and menu selection is far better than the competition (Georges, KPot, and Urban). Its just a no brainer, love hot pot hero!

I looooooovvvveeeee Hot Pot Hero!!!! They have the best selection of soup bases out of all the hot pot places in the DMV area!!! My favorite server is Amy!! She’s so caring and even goes as far as remembering who you are. My friends and I adore Hot Pot Hero!!! 10s all across the board!!!
