Amy, always addresses me by name when I visit and always make sure I have everything I need.She and the rest of the staff are awesome, the food is also exceptional portions are great and the overall experience is why I go.Parking: There is parking on the road, as well as parking around the corner in the building next to HPH.
When we're craving for hotpot, it's our go-to spot, thanks to its authentic flavors and diverse options that cater to everyone's taste. The setting might feel a bit old or not as modern, but authenticity to the dining experience. However, an area for improvement would be the customer service; a friendlier staff would make the experience even more welcoming. Despite this, the quality of the food and the joy it brings our family keep us coming back. Hotpot Hero remains a beloved spot for us.
