Came once before and it was okay, the lady who helped me the first time was really nice. Decided to come back today for some vegetable spring rolls and it was a different lady who took my order, when my order was ready she just tossed it onto the table. When I got home the first spring roll I bit into had a long black hair rolled into it. I decided to throw the order out after that.

I have had food from Hunan Express for the last twenty years. It used to be really good, with some periods of average. Then it became average with some periods of better and some periods of worse. It has evolved to bad all the time. We still order from them once every few months to give them another chance, to no avail. It is always bad now. I don't think it's just me, because they used to be buzzing with people picking up orders, and yesterday they only had one other besides mine. They don't have much business, the place had very little heating yesterday, the two ladies behind the counter wore outdoors jackets.
I just ordered from this place for the first time in my life I'm not from me and from Boston with asking how to make Chinese food. This food is the most disgusting food I've ever ordered in my life & wouldn't send my worst enemy there'!! Absolutely rubbish So bad it's going in the trash ?️. Unreal I can't say one good thing about there food or there service!!! ?

Food was horrible!!!!! Spring rolls tasted bad bad & weird cause of oil they used to fry. Took one bite & spit out. Didn't eat fried rice; it smelled funny. Sause was good on General Tao's chicken; but, chicken full of gristle. Maybe had 3 bites cause I was so hungry. My recommendation is, pass the restaurant by!!!! YUK!!!

Every time we order from Hunan Express in G-Burg, it' so good and delivered hot. The chicken in the sweet and sour chicken is incredibly tender and the sauce is so yummy. Egg rolls and BBQ ribs are delicious. The shrimp tempura uses large shrimp, but maybe too much coating. We get delivery and its always hat. They also have sushi that is very tasty. Please enjoy!

I bought my house 21 years ago& have dealing with this restaurant that long. They were great then But have gone downhill. The only thing I get is chicken w/green beans. Not much to F up! I just got wonton soup last night- the worst. The meat was out of the wontons. Because the wontons are tiny (Mealy). I called & they said come next day. When I did, they all came peeping from the back... like how dare you return this. I just left. 10 mins ago . Same thing, I threw it in the trash at the gas station. I don't have time to argue with these ppl. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS! Close the business down- THE FOOD IS TRASH! Im sick of them!
