Is nestled inside the LOTTE grocery store. After ordering I waited almost 30 mins for my food. Considering that they were barely any customers I don’t understand why it took that long.I ordered the shrimp tempuraSpider roll and dancing kingWhile the sushi was delicious the wait was too long but will deff try them again!

We have tried a number of sushi places in the area and we pretty much only go here now. Since it is in the Lotte food court perhaps their rent is cheaper than full restaurants so they can offer the same quality at a lower price. Since we shop at Lotte anyways it is very convenient for us to stop by here.The rolls we get most frequently are the New York roll, shrimp roll and rainbow roll but pretty much every roll we have tried has been fresh and delicious. Best value sushi we have found so far so highly recommend!

I’ve ordered takeout from this location several times and I would say it’s a slightly above average sushi joint. It seems to me that some days the fish are more fresh than others since one time I ate tuna sashimi that was very fishy, but all the others were fresh. When it comes to sushi, it’s mostly just up to personal preference like whether or not you want to enjoy the simplicity of the fish or have a crafted mixed experience from a sushi roll and you definitely have the choice of either one here. All the specialty rolls I have tried here are decent and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them, but none of them are amazing and they are relatively expensive. My favorite roll is probably the spicy caterpillar since their spicy tuna is really good.

This is an awesome place for incredible sushi! Nicole runs a great restaurant in a very small space, but the food rivals and beats any place around. The sushi chef is a master and the food is as beautiful as it is delicious! Do yourself a favor and eat there!!!

Excellent sushi, very fresh and reasonably priced. It’s an unassuming establishment located within the Lotte Asian grocery store so it’s not a fine dining atmosphere. There are a few tables. It doesn’t seem like this place would be so good but it’s one of the best sushi and Korean places I’ve been to. The sushi is excellent but the Korean dishes (bulgolgi, fried chicken) are also great.

WOW!Top-tier sit down restaurant quality sushi - (freshness & flavor) - without the long wait and expensive tip.(I left one anyway because I was so pleased but that’s besides the point)You could say I’m a sushi connoisseur.. I’ve eaten maybe thousands of rolls in my lifetime. I’m definitely a critic.The cuts of fish in the rolls were large and in charge, also while LOOKING and TASTING fresh, crisp, and of high caliber.It’s inside the Lotte market so I was pretty skeptical buying sushi from a counter inside of a supermarket.. but man we’re we blown away. My fiancé agreed with me on how tasty the fish was.In summation, TAKE THE SHOT AND GO HERE. It’s incredible, will be definitely a repeat customer for as long as live in this area ?

This is our favorite spot to get fresh, tasty sushi. The prices are great for the amount of food, and its location in the Gaithersburg Lotte is convenient. We like having the option of ordering online for pickup, and our food is always ready within a reasonable amount of time.

As a Korean, really surprised to see an actually friendly Korean at a Korean joint.I ordered one of the catering items, planning to buy a bag of white miso for soup, but my order came with a tub of miso with a salmon head- extremely rare to see this type of generous service these days, no complaints with sushi, either.
