terrible service, no one smiles, the waitress came up with a dissatisfied face and openly showed hostility. I don't want to go because of this kind of service. The cutlery was dirty, we asked the waitress to replace it with plastic ones, so she almost threw it on the table. the tables were sticky, the only good thing about this place was the delicious food.

I come here all the time and the food is good but recently they started mixing syrup with the caramel. I guess pure caramel has become too expensive for them, but that ruins all the deserts with caramel and the tres leches pancakes I order. They are now just syrup cakes, which basically ruins the place for me.

Wasn't very impressed as the place was very cold inside, the food was okay, considering when the waitress brought out my fruit she asked if I wanted something else because it didn't look fresh. Plus, the drinks were much more expensive than most other restaurants I have been to.

The food was ok, although the server missed a few items that I've ordered. I know that the restaurant was full Saturday, but she didn't take our order on paper. That sometimes makes you forget when you are multitasking and have a restaurant filled with customers. Overall, I can't give them a 5 star, just because I had to keep mentioning the items that were missing from me and my daughter's breakfast date. She was great as a waiter overall!
Last night we went for a coffee with friends and it is something we often do at this ihop, and the waitress who served us 0162752 Jennifar R is the second time she has served us, she is rude and when we arrive she comments to the others waiters from our presence and even makes distasteful comments like, “they're coming and only to have coffee,” which is so uncomfortable because we pay for our consumption.

This is my second time coming to this IHOP. The first was when I was 11 and we left because we waited an hour and weren't served food. Today (many years later) the same thing happened. We were there one hour exactly before we got any thing to eat. Our waitress was kind and was working so hard. The food was good when we got it, but the kitchen was so unbelievably slow. I will not be going back again.
