Nice late night spot... a bit of a dive bar feeling but had a decent experience. prices are normal and I'm sure it's even better during the warmer months since there was a outdoor section

My Experience at iRock Lounge: A Disappointing and Unsafe OutingI recently visited iRock Lounge for the first time and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Despite the rave reviews I had read online, I found the establishment to be unsanitary, unsafe, and unwelcoming.Security personnel are supposed to have a certain persona when greeting customers, but the staff at iRock Lounge were rude, unapproachable, and downright mean. The bartenders were decent, with one even being friendly, but the drinks were incredibly strong, causing my friends and me to make sour faces after just a few sips. Honestly after those first few sips, I felt something wrong and just kept drinking water.The karaoke experience was also a letdown, with malfunctioning equipment and a microphone that kept turning off. In the end, we opted to forgo the karaoke and just listen to music instead.The worst part of the experience, however, was the safety hazard. When it was time to close, the security personnel began shouting and cursing, even going so far as to get in the face of a customer who was waiting for his girlfriend in the restroom. The situation escalated quickly, with many people including myself caught in the middle of the chaos.Overall, my first experience at iRock Lounge was traumatizing and not at all what I had hoped for. As someone who was celebrating a birthday, I wanted a memorable experience, but what I got was anything but. I cannot recommend iRock Lounge to anyone and will never be returning. The environment was dangerous, hostile, dirty, and dysfunctional. It's shocking that the establishment is still operating. Whoever owns the establishment is either unaware of what's happening or is allowing paying customers to be treated poorly. When drinks are overpoured to the point where customers are throwing up. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you're kicked out, the experience is a complete wreck.

Our room had obviously signs of wear and I felt it needed additional cleaning. The food was just OK, and the drinks were fine. The song selections were smaller than I had hoped and most of our songs had different videos and different melodies than the original track. The song selections were karaoke versions. Also, call to schedule your rooms instead of online reservations.

It's hard to find because it is behind a whole shopping center. Once you find it, it is small on the inside. The private rooms are the best way to go. All of their technology isn't the best. But you make the best out of your room.

iRock Karaoke Lounge is a bit difficult to find. It is in the very back of the shopping complex. Take the side road towards the Storage place. It is at the far end of the parking lot. There is ample parking. There seems to be outdoor seating at the entrance to enjoy during warmer temps. Once you enter, there is a bar and DJ booth. I arrived at 10:15pm on Friday and it was jamming like a nightclub. The dance floor is small, and the crowd seemed to be on the younger side; around 20s-30s. I was there for a birthday celebration so we got a private room. There were 15 of us and everyone had seating comfortably. There were two long sofas and individual plastic cubes. Our waitress didn't explain how to use the karaoke machine until we asked for assistance. Their database didn't have a huge selection of songs. So we pulled up songs on YouTube and enjoyed karaoke. One of the two microphones didn't seem to work either. We ordered barbecue wings and they were delicious. They are fried hard! We also ordered a basket of wings without sauce and realized the sauce was the only seasoning on the wings. Stick with the original recipe. When I checked in on Yelp, there was a discount offer. I showed our waitress when the bill came. She needed to take my phone to someone else to show the coupon. I didn't like having my phone carried away so I followed her. They should figure out a better process for digital coupons. It's a fun place to be. I left around 1:00am and people were still arriving. It's a nice a venue for late night entertainment.

Walked in to a lovely establishment where the cute female bartender took amazing care of us. She was super attentive when we needed more drinks and food and had great conversational skills. She was interesting to talk to and encouraged us to sing on the main floor! I would super recommend this place to people who want a relaxed and chill bar to hang during the week.

Great bar . Honestly kind of left me amazed at a couple of menu items i tried . And the car Bomb ...... never realized i was so infatuated with Guinness beer . Great vibes and music . Definitely would Recommend hitting this bar up.
It was our first time there, and it was a ton of fun. It's very loud but inside the rooms it's great. Service was good and the hostess showed us how to use the karaoke machine and always came in to help if we asked. We didn't order a ton of food, but the Bulgogi fried rice was good and the meat skewers were a little too spicy, but good for those who like spice. I definitely will want to go back.

I honestly used to love coming to this place until recently. I've been to this venue numerous times and typically it would be great but after my latest visit I would have to reconsider. Apparently i haven't been in a while and a new bouncer who's name I didn't get although I do remember his ice cream facial tattoo was the source of most of my problems. Before my night ended I had been accused of sneaking into a free venue, Cursed out and threatened by the bouncer who also used racial and homophobic slurs, Refusal to contact a manager or someone of higher authority and when they finally did after about 45 minutes of me waiting outside they sent the bartender as if I wouldn't notice. There were several other mishaps that occurred that night and i am still awaiting the response of anyone of upper level management to acknowledge let alone do anything about this situation. I'm just confused as to why in 2023 people feel it is ok to act in an unprofessional manner while using derogatory slurs and cursing out the people who support your business and I hope no one else experiences this.

The bouncer with face tattoos & dreads was very rude & unprofessional! He like to speak down to paying customers, & called another paying customer a racial & homophobic slur towards this person waiting in lane. I never witnessed anything like that.
