I was a permanent visitor for their tacos BUT… las time I went, one of the packaging boys went to the rest room, came back out 30 seconds after fixing his zipper and continue to open food packages and deliver valuable customers f??d!!!THEY SHOULD USE GLOVES AT LEAST!!!Not going back, sorry!!!

This is the second time they have told us they didn’t have our order. The first time we ordered online and this time we called it in. When we arrived for pick up the person at the counter attempted to look it up and looked as if I couldn’t even reorder the food. The food is good but not worth the hassle

The price and quality of food here are top notch. I especially love the tacos with beef cheek meat. The meat is very tender and juicy!
Since Tacos seem to be a trend these days,(due to white folks that dont know how to cook and dont know real authentic Mexican food) i must say, if a Taco place has no Taquitos aka (Flautas) its not a Taco place.

The food is great and we usually place a big order for the family. This is the 3rd time that we have ordered take out food and have had missing items from our order. The manager was very apologetic and said that she would reiterate to the staff to pay more attention to the orders when I called. We had to drive back(15-20min) to pick up the missing items on the multiple occasions. What drove me to write this review is the fact that not a single time have they offered anything to make up for the inconvenience. Mind you that now we eating cold food if we want to eat as a family. Very poor customer service to not try to make up for their mistakes. In short, if you are ordering take out is best not to place a big order or you might have missing items more often than not with the staff completely disregarding your inconvenience.PS. They tried to charge me for some extra chipotle mayo. Probably was going to overlook this but I’m writing this as I sit with my fam eating cold tacos again after picking up the missing items.
