I usually have great service from this Jimmy John's location but today was different. There were some sort of repairs going on today. Not more than 5 minutes after ordering my food, an employee of the store opened both doors at the front and back. This made the store FREEZING cold in the middle of February. What are you thinking?? You don't freeze your customers while they are trying to eat! I was offered a free bag of chips or brownies when I asked for the doors to be shut but that doesn't make up for an uncomfortable restaurant that is 45 degrees! I had to stop eating and leave immediately.

12:40 Thursday 1-29-2025 First Timer and had a great experience. Went there for lunch with my daughter. Parking spaces not bad and just be careful with people running stop signs and delivery trucks trying to drive through. Other than that atmosphere was great we got greeted and gave us few minutes to check out menu. Menu has plenty of good choices to pick from. We ended up getting box lunch combos which comes with 8" sandwich, chips, cookie, and soda. We got the Spicy East Coast Italian and the Chicken Ceasar wrap. Bbq chips and Jalepeño chips with oatmeal raisin cookie and triple chocolate cookie. Fresh ingredients for sure and sandwich is big. The box also comes with packet of mayonnaise, mustard, and a big slice of pickle. Food was very good and delicious definitely got me full. Just sorry didn't get 2 workers names both were friendly and very welcoming. Got busy and both held it down very well. Great atmosphere, attitude, clean, food what more can I ask for. Experience will make me definitely come again.

I order a sandwich for delivery to work one to two times per week. They are always great. Highly recommend the italian and tuna sandwiches. Great bread, fresh toppings, quality proteins!

From the time I came in, to the moment I left, I felt very welcomed. The staff was so nice and helpful for me picking out exactly what I wanted. As usual, the food was amazing! Seemed to be more of a quiet location, which I was fine with.
Parking: This parking lot is heavily monitored & you will be towed for parking and walking off!!!

EVERY TIME! I go to Jimmy John's in Gaithersburg, I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!. This time isn't any different. I lost my ex fiance in August, and my mom went in to get me a gift card because (Jimmy's) is my absolute favorite sub shop. Jeff is absolutely amazing, and he like this all the time. He gave my mom a paper that says I would get a free meal. I was broken hearted, still am, but this was such an amazing gesture, it does my heart good. Jeff has NEVER not been anything less than happy. His gesture made my grief, somewhat easier to deal with.
