Visiting Gaithersburg & what did I find? Jimmy John's. Prices cheaper than Frederick & John Showman, made me the best sub I had in years. The Italian night club..I loaded it with extra hot peppers. It was so good I should have bought the larger size I picked up a day old sub roll for 50 cents. I will turn that into garlic bread This franchise owner better double John's salary because I am going to share his name with other owners I know Acara is the manager on duty & runs the best Jimmy Johns south of Frederick, Maryland

I was traveling and needed a quick sandwich after an early dinner, so I did not visit until almost 8pm. The place was deserted except for 3 employees actively shutting down despite still having an hour before closing. I was not familiar with the menu selections so it took a minute to figure out what to buy. Not the best I've had, not the worst either.

I get its a quick bite place but the tall petite male wearing glasses and a hat at the register was a real joy…. Did not look up once, i said order he just said “yup” after each addition to sandwich all annoyed. The card reader wasn’t working and he got annoyed at me when he did not do it properly.
Then took me to a different machine, I asked him to relay order to ensure it was the same. Gave me the biggest cold shoulder . I then asked for a receipt after he threw it in the trash. He said rudely “ down there” in a cold tone and just walked off.
The older male and female was running the shift and was so kind, so thank you! Unfortunate the male at the register came across like it was a problem/ inconvenience i was ordering food for my family.
Trash all over the place as well. Yikes!

I always get amazing service when I come here, the manager always says hi and asks if you’re waiting for an online order. Place is always clean. Rare to see people care now a days but it’s nice to see not everyone has adopted that philosophy.

Jimmy John’s is a regular for us when we are in a hurry but want a freshly made sandwich. We were headed through Gaithersburg and decided to grab a sandwich. It fully met expectations. Good food! Clean place. The service was slightly slower than normal as only one person was taking orders and making subs but it was still quick and tasty. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again!

I am a jersey mikes girl until I die but decided to try Jimmy John’s since I’ve heard people talk about it. Absolutely never again . The sandwiches had about 1-2 pieces of meat the veggies tasted so old it was disgusting . Never coming here again.
I used to get my favourite club tuna from JJ at this location. Unfortunately, my last experience was very bad with, I guess, some new team members! I asked for 3 giant club tuna. They said we can’t serve you as we have just 5-6 giant bread! It was still 6 pm and I explained to them that no other customers are there! I drove for 10 miles to get my order! Or you can make fresh bread for the other customers who may come later! Though, they did not help me with my order. After a long debate, they agreed to give me only 1 giant and 1 regular sandwich. Anyway, I will not place anny order from those guys ever again!

Kudos to the person cutting the meat yesterday. I believe he might be the owner but seeing him busy at work while also taking the time to greet his customers was nice to see. Will definitely be back.

First time at a Jimmy John’s and it was fantastic, but what really made the experience top notch was Jeff. His energy upon walking into the store, taking your order, and walking out was phenomenal! He had top notch customer service and made my first time 10/10. Shoutout Jeff and team!
